Poor product, awful customer service, not a UK company, BEWARE ! I ordered a large acrylic picture months ago, the first one arrived with a very poor repair attempted by the manufacturer on the rear of the picture however it left a 5cm white scratch clearly visible on the front. Amazed that they had actually shipped it in such poor condition, I contacted them and sent photos of the damage, and they promptly sent out another one. My main concern is that they sent it out at all with such a poor repair as you couldn’t miss it when looking at the picture! Picture 2 arrived, this was broken in transit, not their fault in fairness, I sent them pictures and they agreed to send me a 3rd picture. Picture 3 arrived, with damage clearly visible where they had attached the frame to the rear of the acrylic sheet. It had lifted off around 5 areas of the picture probably around 1 to 2 cms in size, all clearly visible, all ignored and shipped as it was. Then begins the email ping pong, they have asked me to send pictures numerous times. I have sent detailed pictures, detailed emails asking specific questions about how we are going to resolve this, and after close to 40 emails and several phone calls am no further forward having paid £85 for a very large picture which I still don’t have on my wall. I would be extremely cautious sending any orders or money to this organisation, unless it’s of little value and little risk. I hope this will be resolved but fear this organisation has no scruples and no intent to refund or ship me another product. I would guess they will probably go out of business at some stage and pop up under another name in the near future Deal with at your peril !!!!

I ordered 8 picture tiles, they took over week to arrive and when arrived the box was damaged and left out in the rain. I immediately contacted them with photos of the damage and all I got back was under German civil law we can't refund you. I have rang, emailed and you just get fobbed off. It looks like you are purchasing from a UK business which is not the case. I have now reported this to trading standards and they are investigating this company. I will also be seeking legal advice and it will be also reported to Facebook. Do not under any circumstances buy from this company as you will not get refund if they send you damaged or shoddy goods. If you're going trade in the UK at least ensure your goods are delivered professionally and not damaged, if damaged abide by consumer laws and not hide hide behind a UK URL. You're conning money from people by doing this and keeping money for consumers for your issues.

The picture was taken, upright, uploaded upright, previewed upright, confirmed upright and received sideways, it appeared the correct way up on your upload page then arrived wrong, them blocked me on Facebook when I complained

My order never arrived after several weeks. I have asked for a refund without success. I note from other poor reviews that this is a pattern with My-Picture who then do not reply to further emails (despite their claims to the contrary on other review sites). I would advise to think carefully before paying for their services and read other 1 star reviews for confirmation.

Still awaiting my order from 10 days ago. It was for my sons birthday which was missed. Tried contacting and they wont refund even though I haven't even received ANY product! AVOID utter utter poor show!!!

Order item over 3 weeks ago and still not arrived contact my picture customer service to get refund but was told due to Article §312, Section 2, Nr.1 of the German Civil Code, the buyer has no right of revocation or any other claims for compensation due to delayed deliveries. I will never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone

Customer service is lacking. Ashley on live chat was rude and told me that my delivery address didn't have a number and to contact Hermes myself to sort it!! Told me I didn't put this on the order when in fact I did as Hermes clarified this. Sends review emails before you even receive the product. What a company!

Where to start. Firstly, I don't believe the good reviews on here. The service is shocking. I've still not received the framed photo I paid for (which I ordered on the 4th July, 20 working days ago). I bought a framed photo as a present for my Mum and Dad's 40th Wedding Anniversary. The company says that it takes a couple of days to produce the print and then a maximum of 5 days to receive the order. When I had still not received my item past the maximum waiting time, I called up. The delivery/postal service is different to the company who manufacture the products - so guess what, they don't know where your order is and can't help. They just told me to wait and that hopefully it would arrive soon. Well it didn't arrive in time for my Mum and Dad's anniversary. It still hasn't arrived. I asked for a refund, they don't do refunds - even though the photo hasn't arrived. I email the company every couple of days to get answers and they are (to be polite), unhelpful. They ask me the same questions every time about my address and don't read the previous exchanges where I have already given the answers. It's taken multiple emails over the past few weeks to actually get them to confirm that they are going to send me a replacement. There are lots of companies out there who deliver this service, don't go with these ones. If My Picture read this, my order number is UKA39901510686. Don't contact me again unless it's for an actual refund as I've wasted enough time already emailing back and forth.

Awful product, cheap beach towel, picture is not great either. Have emailed company as I want to send it back but they won’t refund, just keep saying we don’t have to under German law, will never use this company again 😡😡😡 still no refund!

I have ordered two csnvas prints recently and both have been very dark. The original photograph was not dark. Will not be ordering again. Sorry for this feed bAck but I am really disapointed with the goods.

I ordered a canvas from these people. When it arrived the quality was disgusting. The canvas was so thin you could see the wooden frame through it, even when the canvas was against the wall. The quality of the canvas they have printed on is so thin and so poor it is unbelievable. Their customer service is even worse. I purchased this on the .co.uk website so under UK distance selling regulations I am entitled to a full refund (especially as the item is of poor quality / defective). Despite this the seller is refusing to refund me and denies there is any issue with the canvas. The disgusting way they behave is beyond me. I'm now having to take them to the small claims court to get my money back.

The order was received within 10 days, which I was okay with. The website looks as though it is local but it is actually travelling from Germany. By the time the frame arrived it was battered and bent out of shape. I spent nearly £100 on it and I was intending on giving this as a gift, but I am actually too embarrassed to do so. I contacted the company 5 times in total and all they have done is send me a generic reply asking for photos - despite my original emails actually containing photos of the damage!!!! Not one personal reply received and I’m out of money for this present and stuck with a huge frame that is too battered to hang up. DO NOT use this company. Their customer service is not existent and the frames are battered to the point of ridiculousness. Unless you want to just waste your hard earned cash, in which case, go ahead. Frankly, I’m appalled at this company and their lack of integrity. Avoid at all costs.

only got 1 star otherwise it would not let me review ? i ordered a canvas print from the of my 3 little nieces and it was delivered with 2 of there heads cutt off and they said there is nothing wrong with it ? question below says was it damaged , no the children were disfigured though does that help?

Unreliable site to order for occasions.. for the delayed delivery. Nobody takes the responsibility for delayed delivery. I recieved my product after 11 days from the date of order. I would not recommend it.

So disappointed by our mini canvases that arrived! We took with a great camera for my maternity photo shoot and received awful colouring and lightning on the canvases, Will need to buy new ones and will not be using this place again sorry to say

I ordered a canvas to gift to my husband on our anniversary. And it has been more than 10 days, haven't recieved it yet. It would not mean anything now even if i recieve it. I would like to get a refund.

Advertised to arrive on mothers day, takes your money then doesn't bother delivering, no refunds because its 'German' law apparently, avoid, scam company. Dont bother writing a message after this saying your happy to sort it out as weve already been through it and know your not
