Ordered 4 calendars with pics of the children, to give out as Xmas presents. On opening them up 7 out of 12 pictures the heads are missing! £37 this cost. Email keeps bouncing back!!

After receiving an email with a deal that was amazing. It turned out just to be too good to be true. I used the link in my email to access the "deal". Once I went through the process of ordering my canvas, I was redirected to log in. It wasnt until I got to the payment that I noticed the change in price. I assumed it was a glitch and could be sorted after the fact. After many emails back and forth. With "customer service" (or lack thereof) they tell me there is nothing they can do. I'll be taking my business elsewhere!

Terrible experience with this company. Invalid tracking number supplied. Took ages to deliver and then they weren't my pictures! This is the second time this has happened....I ordered again after the first mistake believing these things happen very occasionally. Customer services unhelpful. Refund request but customer services ignoring my emaild Do not use this company you will have problems

Original offer which enticed me to the site was amazing value however the canvas sent was very disappointing, majority of image cut off and was blurry. Had then ordered framed prints costing over £40, again very disappointing. Cheap quality frame, poorly finished, plastic instead of glass front, description misleading. Not worth the money. Every time I look at one of the prints I can't believe I was suckered into paying £25. The mugs were ok but not any better than I could get at a supermarket cheaper. Will NOT be using again. As they say, if it seems too good to be true it probably is.

I ordered a canavas which I no longer wanted. I emailed them twice labelling the email as “urgent” same day to cancel the order but no reply at all. It arrived but with out of focus photo, I paid more than £48. Now I have a photo which I no longer wanted with no people on the canavas. Extremely furious. Have have attached the photo but blurred the faces for privacy.

Over a week after I ordered I was informed that there had been a production error and my item would be remade. I emailed straight away to inform them this was no longer required as it would not arrive in time for the event this was ordered for but they responded with an unfriendly, extremely long copy and paste job with bad English saying they could not refund due to terms and conditions but they haven’t stuck to their agreement to deliver within a week!!!

I was sent the complete wrong order by my-picture. I informed them of this, they assured me they were sending the correct order, which I still haven’t received and the occasion has now passed. My-picture customer service team are boarder line harassing me to provide them with a date that they can pick up the ‘incorrect’ order from me. I have told them multiple times that I work weekdays (as many do obviously!) so they can only pick up at weekends. Which they can’t do - of-course, but somehow they are making their wronged customer responsible for a date of a pick-up which fits into their schedule. I find it extremely unprofessional that they expect the customer to go out of their way to provide an opportunity for them to rectify their mistake. Other than the harassment from their customer service team (particularly Edgar), I have not received any compensation for their extremely incorrect and now extremely late order. Finally, DO NOT USE MY-PICTURE, terrible service from start to finish.

Haven't received it yet. Order status says it's been delivered to a post office, but wont tell we which one, and I have had no card to pick it up. Seems like I'm just not going to receive it, although they seem happy to take my money. Wont use them again.

I firstly find it strange that all I can find are fab reviews on your site, given my experience! I ordered an aluminium picture similar to which I have previously and successfully ordered online from other companies but yours was delivered very significantly damaged. I photographed the damage and contacted my-pictures by email and by phone to advise and evidenced the unsuitable product. I also advised you on several occasions that, as this was an anniversary gift the date for gifting had expired so I required a refund and not a replacement!.... I then had to quickly go and buy an alternative gift for the significant event! I therefore did not want a replacement which I advised you of on several occasions. Next email I received said they would not refund ...as a replacement was on the way. I was wholly disappointed and found this totally unacceptable as I had made it clear this was no longer an option!. I require a full refund as requested on several occasions as the fault lies with you. I Would not recommend your company and would never use you again personally! I will be adding this review to other related sites unless my-picture does the right thing and refund me .... as you should ... for the damaged product you delivered. I will not accept delivery of the unwanted replacement.

Very poor quality canvas pictures - even with smaller sizes. This was not flagged up at time of designing the canvas as is usually the case with other companies. Not worth the money and very disappointed.

We ordered some prints for a relative's birthday and the prints were due to arrive a few days before they arrived from abroad, so that they had them in good time. The prints arrived and they were nothing like we ordered. We contacted the customer service team and spoke to a fairly unhelpful lady. When I explained the situation she told me, "These things happen". I had by this stage been on the phone for at least 5 minutes not really getting anywhere and asked to make a formal complaint, to which I was told, "Your are". Poor customer service. Poor shipping. Poor telephone mannerism.

I ordered my canvas over 2 weeks ago.. they emailed me a tracking number so I could track my order, however the tracking number was invalid, not replying to my emails.. very unhappy

I will never use this company again. I ordered a picture of my late father on the wood effect option. When I received it the wood was cheap ply board. It was distorted and chipped . Chunks were missing out of the wood. I complained and was sent a replacement, yet again the quality was shocking . I again company and was more or less told I'd sent photos of the first attempt and was trying to rip them off. After sending a picture to prove this they said they would send yet again another replacement. I asked for a full refund or for the print to be on a different material. The response I got was you cant have a refund or a different material ????. Seriously !!!. I was offered 40% discount off my next purchase as my refund. This company as no customer service skills Please order with caution. My argument is still on going.

poor quality jigsaw piece , came in a jiffy bag!!!!! hugely disappointed, never had or seen such a poor flimsy jigsaw in my life. do not recommend anyone purchasing a jigsaw. no idea about other products i can only speak for the item i bought. i know it was cheap but... does that mean the workmanship is cheap too??? so so so disappointed.

Shocking customer service ! Tried twice both times delivered damaged ! Won’t deal with you had to escalate to PayPal to try and get refund ! Victoria was especially rude Personally i think this was down to the fact I rang with ten minutes left of her shift. Customer services only open 10-3 !! Hardest time Of the day to make a phone call says it all really !! Beware especially ordering the metal art work !!
