“Having bought from here previously and being delighted I ordered 5 canvas in December - printing and colour is good but disappointed by two pictures that are not stapled to the frame straight. Have tried to submit customer care form with photos but will not send. I have tried to send about 10 times but says "something went wrong" then follow by clicking chat but no agents available and no email can be found for customer service.
Not yet had my situation resolved as can't make contact by methods available.”

“awful company, rude and unreliable. placed an order a week before Christmas with guaranteed delivery before 25th it’s only just been delivered and after sending nearly 5 emails to cancel my order due to moving away they’ve still insisted and ignoring me and have now delivered the parcel. Still ignoring my emails for a refund. Don’t use them they are AWFUL”
“Awful service. Placed an order on 14th December and another on 17th December, both had "guaranteed Christmas delivery". Finally received the order placed on 17th on 5th January but the first order still hasn't gone to production!!! I have messaged with no reply. Incredibly disappointed”
