“Order is delayed three times more than what they advertise and there's no communication in between. No t possible to contact in any shape of form. Submitting email form online is useless as they probably ignore all the emails. A scam located in Germany, not UK!”

“I ordered a framed starchart on 13/12/20 as an Anniversary present. On 21/12/20 the starchart was delivered unframed. I contacted customer services immediately and explained it was an anniversary present for the middle of January. They contacted me and said they were sorry and would remake the order. It then took until 7th January (17 DAYS) before they remade the order. It was shipped and sent UPS. I was told it would be delivered this week. Tonight I checked and it was still showing it is with UPS. I rang them and they said it was still in Germany and to contact MyPicture.co.uk! So faulty order, delay in putting right the error, slow shipping and then item not delivered in time for the Anniversary. Waste of money, extremely poor customer service and lousy delivery excuses by UPS. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone if you want your goods to be right or delivered on time.”

“Order didn't arrive so company said made up another and still nothing. Very disappointed quick enough to take money but not quick enough sorting out customer issues. Definitely not recommend”

“My order was lost after 2 weeks of no delivery. Contacted customer service but only told to wait. Then contacted customer service again for refund but never got a reply. Tried telephone contact but got told by machine to contact customer service online . Terrible”

“one of the frame is broken on the edge, and the back cardboard was not secured the the whole frame, maybe this is the reason why one of the corner is broken. Both frames do not have hook or string, how am i suppose to hang these frames up? I do not think we will order again”

“The calendars are loved by our walking group as a memento of last year's walks. We are going to do another this year. The quality is good. They didn't arrive for Christmas or for New Year but I think that was more to do with the fact that there were major delays coming from Germany to England.”
