“Overall, the meals have been delicious! The odd 1 or 2 have been average but still ok! We joined Bargain Box to make life easier & healthier & it certainly has!! I'm learning a lot about cooking foods in ways that I wouldn't have even thought of as well. I love not having to think about what's for dinner. Just the convenience of it all is amazing. “I hate the subscription part. Accidentally receive boxes when not wanting to. That causes unexpected financial stress and getting meals that my kids won't eat.”

“Hey MFB team! Having a food bag makes life so much more easy and enjoyable and we are so lucky to have such service, don’t have to think about what to make for dinner which let’s be honest can be challenging sometimes, all you do is pick and choose meals for a reasonably decent price and most importantly there’s good meat quality. Most of the meals have left us happy and full and some really have that Finger licking wow factor when done right, sometimes the meal is not quite enough for 4 people though I would say honestly. One time we had a missing ingredient and also missing 2 recipe cards but no big deal really. Overall we are happy and excited to try new meals. Thank you! Martin”

“We love the convenience of the meals but would like more low cal options to choose from each week and we find there is a lack of variety. Also the chicken can be a little rubbery depending on the meal.”

“Shocking problem with delivery, with the cardboard outer box sodden on the bottom. And when opening the box discovered all ice packs had melted and food packets were saturated. Unclear how contaminated the food could be and so advised My Food Bag of the problem. They refused to take any responsibility. Cancelled my subscription and all further orders.”

“Love the idea however finding the portion sizes are small for 2 Adults & 2 teenagers. Good variety of recipies.”

“The food is OK, a bit the same some weeks, chicken with rice, beef with rice, chicken with salad, repeat repeat. The value is good. Biggest issue has been the delivery which has caused lots of problems . Delivery is too restricted to only certain days, and no Rural RD option which is tricky”

“Good and convenient but more care needs to be taken when selecting vegetables where the size matters. Eg 4 potatoes needs to be 4 LARGE potatoes for when the individual size matters because they are kept whole also broccoli does not last the whole week and will be floppy and soft by about the 5th day in fridge”

“We have recently purchased a new small business which is my wife's full time job. I always have done the cooking and grocery shopping and also work full time for another business and now weekends in my wife's business. Things on home chore list were getting behind and takeaways were becoming the norm as both very busy and tired and having to think whats for dinner was becoming a headache and no time in the weekends anymore to plan and organize mid week meals. What My Food Bag has done is taken the mental and organizing time stress away. We no longer have to think whats for dinner, did we defrost something for dinner or do we need to go to the supermarket after work. Which means less takeaways and healthier eating which has helped us have the extra energy to get through this busy life season we are going through. Thank you My Food Bag you given us mental time and energy back.”

“Mostly good. The food is great. Had a couple of delivery issues and the last eggs I ordered were mostly cracked in the carton.”
