“We had been using another meal delivery service, but felt it was pretty repetitive. My Food Bag has been a game changer with the My Choice option. Being able to choose a variety of meals the whole family have approved has resulted in clean plates and no waste (YESSS!) Also, the portion sizes have been really great and we are eating way less meat and more veges as a result. We were so pleased to receive our skillet on Sunday, and made THE BEST (according to husband) burgers using it last night. The oldest son still maintains the Tiger Burger was hands down the best thing he's ever eaten, so we're all winning. Thanks MFB for making mealtimes fun again!”

“Love the recipes and the new option to be able to select different meals. We use the extra meals for lunch the next day which makes it so much easier when working to eat healthy.”

“I think that my food bag is excellent quality, and that the recipes are delicious. For a change I admit that I tried a competitor’s bag but it wasn’t a patch on my food bag which is nutritious and healthy without being boring. In fact I love the product!”

“I really enjoy the variety, the food is fresh and delicious. It helps with the mid-winter blues and gives me inspiration for plant-based cooking. Portion sizes are great. I don’t really like baby kale (prefer spinach as the baby kale is quite bitter) but I just swap out anything from the recipes I don’t like so that’s ok. Your recipes are the first time I’ve ever cooked with fennel, so that’s been a learning experience ✅”

“Packing needs to be worked on as over the time I've had bargin box, tomatoes and some other veggies are squashed. Receipts are wet and unusable. Contact team on the 0508 number are amazing.”

“My flat of absolutely loves Bargain Box! As a group of University students, it's extremely affordable and the delivery straight to our doorstep saves us a lot of time in the supermarket and meal planning. We each take turns cooking, and all feel as though our cooking skills have improved significantly. The range of meals is always varied in flavour and style, and delicious. We look forward to seeing what new meals we get to try each week, and the customisability options (i.e. swapping for different meals) is a nice touch to ensure everyone is always happy with the meals. It's also nice to know we are always eating a balanced diet with the good mixture of veggies, meat, carbs, etc. We've recommended Bargain Box to a lot of our friends in flats - it's well worth it!”

“Quite hit and miss. Some meals are really good, while others really aren't. Boxes often come with items damaged or open, and the most recent box itself was open. Really questioning the care put into putting these boxes together. Definitely had higher quality from hello fresh for a similar price, however hello fresh became quite repetitive.”

“Love our bargain box takes the shopping and meal planning out of my day which is very challenging and time consuming at the best of times as my husband has Parkinson’s with lewybody dementia and needs a lot of attention, don’t know how I managed before bargain box thanks so much”
