“I have resumed my food bag after couple of years. Would like to make a few suggestions, Small brown sachets that contain spices, rice, grains, nuts etc. should be packed separately as they get wet from the moisture from the vegetables The big card box in which my food bag is delivered should be collected back and reused. A bit disappointed as some of the vegetables are not as fresh as they should be. I have taken a photo of the button mushroom packet I got last Sunday- couple of them had already turned brown Errors noted in the recipe notes - e.g. fresh start recipe for Wednesday ( week starting 20th may) under the ingredients list spinach whereas under the instructions it refers to Silverbeet. Recipe for Tuesday 21st may under the instructions says cut the chicken in strips. Next sentence says put a hand on the chicken and cut horizontally. After taking it out from the oven there is again an instruction to cut the chicken? Chicken stock should be supplied if it is required for any particular recipe. It is not a pantry staple in most of the households.”

“I love the easy to make meals and not having to think about what’s for dinner each night. I managed to lose 4.5kgs in the first 3 weeks without drastically changing too many other habits. Fell off the wagon a bit with snacking, wine and dessert in the last few weeks but haven’t put any weight back on just holding weight steady. Will continue as these meals are working for my whole family.”

“Always excited to hear that knock at the door and the bing on my phone advising it has arrived. Can't believe how little food is required for a family of four plus with leftovers for 2 for lunch the next day it's really good value for money. Love trying new foods, recipes are easy to prepare and cook and knowing what your having for 5 nights takes the stress out of wondering what to cook. Thumbs up to My Food Bag.”

“I love my fresh start food bag. It’s so easy and I only have to go to the supermarket every couple of weeks now. There is a lot of variety and the recipes are very clear and easy to follow. Sometimes they lack a little flavour but they have the ingredients on the spice mixes so you can always add a little more. Overall super happy”

“I initially ordered My Food Bag prior to having significant surgery. We have tried three different bags. The four adults in our home have all loved the variety of foods and interesting meals. Everything is of top quality and fresh (Something I am known for being very fussy about). We all commented about the new ideas/ways of doing things we have learnt. I’ve noticed an increase in the social /sharing aspect of the meal prep too which is lovely. It’s good value and I am in no hurry to stop our order 11 weeks later. I also love how easy it is to make any changes we want to what we order.”

“We have now started our second week of the Fresh Start programme, and really enjoying the meals. “He who must be obeyed” scoffs 2/3 of the meal with a bit of rice extra, and I have found the 1/3 great for me with no extras. As I have MS and mobility is a major problem, I am doing 30 mins a day on Exercycle and already starting to feel a small difference. The meals give me confidence that I am eating a balanced diet. Thank you.”
