“My Food Bag has made dinners massively easier for us! I love not having to think up something to cook everyday. I really like the healthiness of the meals - lots of veggies is great. Plus the spices, dressings and aiolis are going down a treat with everyone. The food is fresh and high quality which I really value. What could be better? We would like to be able to avoid lamb permanently, but that's not an option online. I would like to have more vegetarian options to swap into. I would like some different fish varieties than just Hoki. I would like to know if the pork is free farmed before I choose it. Overall I am happy with MFB but these things would make me happier.”

“Easy and tasty meals are key. Over 10 weeks every meal has been different and, while they take about the same amount of time, are much more inventive than my classic go tos. Would be a 5 star rating but every once in a while there’s been a few mix ups with what makes it into the box (once they forgot the beef!) but the customer care team are super on to it, and sort it out if something goes wrong”

“We love the MFB vegetarian. Our 2 kids (8, 10) love the flavoursome dishes. TBH we tried the express regular MFB a couple of years ago and thought the balance between meat and veg was too meaty. Vego is brilliant, delicious, quick and easy to prepare (often quicker than it says), healthy, and generous portion size. Love it! We can eat meat if we feel like it in the weekend, and small portions for lunches. This suits us brilliantly.”

“We have enjoyed the fresh start since we started. But just recently probably changing from the winter vegetables to the summer salads - we have found them not to be as filling ! & not as tasty. (do not look as appetising either) we eat with our eyes. The free box of fruit was past its sell by date apart from the bananas & pears. Overall we have enjoyed the winter deliveries more. The salmon portion size was not quite big enough for two people.”

“Good evening. I have to say that the service and standard since we started with you in April has steadily declined. This week is the third week an ingredient has been omitted. When it first happened you said we would get a credit. never happened. You stopped having the courier collect the box. I emailed a concern. You ignored me. You are definitely on the last half strike before permanent cancellation. Your recipes have also lost a lot of appeal. There is a sameness prevailing. All a bit sad really”
