I'm interested in more of the lower-calorie meals—they taste great and look appealing. I usually order six meals per week, and by the time I get to the last one (which has been in the fridge for about six days), the flavor starts to fade a bit. It’s not a major issue, but something to keep in mind. I do wish they rotated the meal options more frequently. I've been ordering for about 2–3 months, and as far as I can tell, there haven’t been any new additions to the low-calorie range.

Slightly on the more expensive side and the timing of the charges are inconvenient but the food is usually good quality and delicious. Packaging sometimes sucks and dry ingredients can get wet but usually pretty happy.

Happy with the quality of the products.. Happy with customer services. However unhappy with the repetitive ingredients. We predominantly purchase bargain box due to cost and it's such a shame that the meal choices are becoming less appealing and so many extra costs within the choices making the bargain box more expensive. I also have a suggestion... is there a possibility of members being able to buy more than one box on occasion as a gift to family or friends.. Thank you for your services.

Its great, but we've noticed that some meals are starting to repeat now. Also some could do with an additional side, like rice, salad or maybe potatoes.

The menus have been good and diverse although the quality of some of the “fresh” ingredients haven’t been the highest quality.

Often items are damaged, or missing, They are quick to respond when you contact about this though. And lots and lots of frozen peas!

Love the convenience of not having to go shopping or meal plan. Kids get excited when it is delivered, like they are unwrapping a present. Don’t love how repetitive it can be eg, peas or boo Chou in every meal for a week. Some meals are hard to sell to the kids. A kid friendly box with hidden veggies and healthier versions of kids favorites would be amazing. Sometimes box is damaged and frozen packs burst and leak over recipes which is quite annoying.

Its a bit annoying if you forget to order and they send you their suggestion. My fault entirely but you could at least send something similar to what I usually order. Nevrmind I am sure it will be tasty.

There’s too many meals that come with coleslaw. Mixing up for alternative salads or vegetables would make it more likely for us to order over the long term. We throw away so much coleslaw because we’re sick of it.

The meals are enjoyable and ingredients fresh. It is rather expensive for what you receive but the convenience is often worth the extra cost for us.

I started doing the healthy re-start which is a little expensive but I wanted to win the prizes not knowing that I had to order the boxes within a short time frame. I didn't know this at the time & was really disapointed. I have now switched to the bargain box that I am enjoying and it is far more cost effective for me.

I am rating bargain box. Prices keep increasing. Quality of fresh ingredients is declining, amounts are decreasing and we are expected to provide more and more out of our cupboards for 'staples'.

Food choices are always good. Catering to our needs. Sometimes. ( normally once a week) something is wrong. This week. The pork mince in the box wasn't packed with the ice blocks. So it had been sitting out in the warm air and had started to sweat. Greens are often wilted. Although we have been enjoying a warm summer in the south. Lastly. We keep coming back and getting the meals because it is good and easy. We can replace the wilted greens or whatever we need to. But if both of us have been at work for a long day, it is great just to come home and make a something that all the ingredients are there and we follow the recipe 😉 Sometimes.

I am mostly happy with my deliveries so far, except the frozen vegetables always arrive defrosted and the Talleys Corn is very chewy. The carrots also do not last the couple of days before use - they always go soft. This does make me at times frustrated when preparing the meal.

We enjoy the meals but struggle with some of the steps as we think they aren't explanatory enough, would be easier with step by step with a photo of what it should look like through out. I find the app okay to use with changing meals but I can't figure out how to change our meal choices to low carb as we are finding the meals quite carb heavy and would prefer not to have so many carbs. The meals so far have been delicious though.
