The recipes are pretty good however sometimes the best before dates put a lot of pressure on the order and dates you must cook the meals. Sometimes even the vegetables are not surviving 3-4 days when we get the 5 night bag which is very disappointing. I like the communication and the app however and the recipes are a good variety.

The food is good and choice of recipes is great. Would love a few more ways to make meal prep more efficient (most recipes have grated carrot/grated cheese/peel potatoes) which add heavily to time. Service is bad. I’ve had very slow and unhelpful response from customer service team. I hated the way that their surnames I dealt with were all food! It felt very patronising. I am still waiting for a manager to follow up a problem I had about 3 weeks after the admin team failed. I also signed up to get the free game chips and dip but that never came. I referred a friend who signed up but the credit never came. Things like this is a big put off and I will look at other food companies for the future. Sad as I do like your recipes! Your survey below doesn’t give all options. I used the contact form on your website initially. They took several days to reply (but not over a week) but there is no option below for that.

We like that we know what our meals are going to be however recently it's felt like the meals have little variety.

I do love the idea of never thinking what to cook for dinner! We get the dinner box 5 nights for two people , my two gripes are we get 3 buns for two people where's the other bun? Who is meant to get the last lonely bun? Some nights we super hungry and it's a fight to whom gets to consume it . The fresh produce is not very fresh and sometimes it's spoilt withen a day of getting it , last week's mouldy lemon and squishy red pepper comes to mind.

The meals are mainly good! But sometimes have weird. Mixing of ingredients! But as far as receiving what comes in the box! That is where i feel its falling short! At times bad produce missing products, missing instructions, and getting things you dont even need for that week!! So really for me its a mixed box good and bad!

Both my partner and I are vegetarians and we love the recipes. They are really tasty and it has taken the stress of deciding what to have away. The thing that has let my food bag down is the amount of items missing or rotten. We had a risotto last week and the main risotto rice was missing. That was pretty bad. We have also had products that go off the day after arrival, like coleslaw that were also pretty disgusting. I understand the food shortage at the moment but quality control should be high priority.

I'm always excited to get my dinner for the week but .....the veges are always rotten and I haven't had the time to put my complaints in 😔 other than that I love being able to cook a meal for my family 👪

We're happy with the meals but for about the 4th time now there's been missing vital ingredients. Yesterday's meal there was no Indian spice sachet and today's meal was missing a carton of coconut cream. If this keeps continuing we will end our meal bags.

Interesting meals that are reasonably easy to make. MFB try to be environmentally conscious, which is difficult when delivering individually specced meals. Unfortunately they continue to use Talley's as a provider, which, given they have a reputation for being a terrible employer, and for having very poor regard for the environment and have very questionable business practices, tars MFB by association 👎

The quality is usually very good, however, in the last delivery we had a rotten lemon and garlic which was slightly disappointing. I had both Ingredients so it was ok.

Generally I think it’s a good service and good variety of recipes but find it’s a regular occurrence for multiple items to be missing from the box, the wrong recipe cards provided or breakages and spills of the items within the box creating a mess. Customer support provide minor credit to recompense but given the high cost of the service I often don’t feel it covers the cost of the inconvenience caused which is what you pay for.

The recipes are great. The contents do not quite match. Vegetables are often limp and thrown away. Frozen vegetables are completely thawed and do not smell right when the bag is opened. Spices, sour cream and cheese are always in good condition and eat is excellent.n

The food is nice enough, but so far no box has been complete - with missing ingredients and/or recipes; and all you get is a credit, which when some ingredients are left out means the meal completely changes e.g. a recipe for Bao Buns came with the ingredients, but no Bao Buns!

Some meals are delicious. Some are less than exciting. Hubby and I are a bit over lettuce and Lebanese cucumbers. Healthy ingredients but could do with more interesting veges.

Recipes and produce are generally very good, good depth of flavour and variety available. Ready made meals not as good as recipes from scratch, smaller portions and can be bland so would generally avoid. Seems to be issues with reward redemption, have had to follow up on missing rewards.

Food is tasty. Deliveries are easy. Main issue is the food waste. I have 1 person meals and it’s a lot of use half of this and half of that. If there’s 2 recipes requiring half a cucumber then why am I sent two cucumbers instead of sharing the cucumber between meals! It’s ridiculous

I've been disappointed with Food Bag lately. Recipes seem much simpler and using less ingredients than they used to and there seems to be a lot less fresh herbs used. The value for money feels like it's seriously dropped. I'm also not a fan of a lot of the sauces from the "Loft" brand you're now using. I will likely cancel our subscription in the next few weeks and try a different food subscription.

The meals were delicious and mostly very easy to cook. My only minor critique of the recipes is that often salad prep would take longer than indicated, so I always started by doing salad prep not after starting cooking as most of the recipes instructed. However, since we started with My Food Bag in October 2022 almost every order has been problematic including being sent a rotten vegetable once, damaged vegetables regularly, as well as items often missing. Canned items were placed in with produce which caused damage to them a lot of the time. We contacted My Food Bag with each issue and they always gave a partial refund, but the problems with didn't improve. Therefore, we've cancelled our order despite finding it convenient and liking the meals.
