“I enjoy the excellent communication, knowing exactly when to expect delivery of my food box each week, recipes are well laid out and allow time for clean up before serving with most recipes, pantry items that you have to buy feature in multiple recipes so no need to be buying heaps of different pantry items if I don’t have them already. Would like to see a few more diet friendly recipes though and less oil needing to be used, usually at least two components needing frying or to be roasted in oil.”

“Great selection good food, no mistakes! Heaps better than hello fresh. Only issue I had was the rotten box that turned up late that was supposed to be replaced. But it’s been sorted, I got a credit, which didn’t really help with food for this week so it’s been a struggle.”

“I love using Bargain Box as we get variation for our weekly meals and we don't have to think about what we're going to cook. The meals are healthy and nutritious. I also get excellent customer service when I have any problems with my delivery.”

“I ordered the ready made meals for when my husband was away as I am disabled. The meals I have had so far are quite delicious and have that home made feel and taste about them, so much tastier than other big name frozen meals. The box arrived 1st thing in the morning and well insulated to keep frozen. Definitely my go to order when I am on my own. Thankyou so much for making my life so much easier. PS I used the air fryer and it heated the meal up really well.”

“Meals seem good, could be more efficient if there was more review in the whole weeks ingredients. Need a cup of peas for 3 recipes over the week and get sent 3 bags of peas, my freezer seems to be full of peas.”

“Ready Meals - I love the ease of serving a delicious meal full of goodness. Sometimes I will add salad and other veggies but you don’t have to. I am getting a lot of use out of the shop, especially the free range chicken.”

“We've been a customer for many years and enjoy Made meals. Pretty happy with the service, however my wife is allergic to sulphides (mainly tomatoes but also capsicum). Many weeks we struggle to find 3 meals which don't have tomatoes, tomato paste, or capsicum - and she certainly doesn't enjoy the variety that the rest of us get as a result. So one star off for that.”

“We have been so impressed by the fresh start low calorie subscription! The meals are always delicious, good variety with very generous meat portions and bulked up very well so be quite filling for low calorie. The pre prepared meals have all been so good too. Both my partner and i have lost 10kg since starting this and my food bag definitely made it a lot easier. We definitely think it’s worth the money & would highly recommend!!”
