“We had several issues with our first few boxes from crushed boxes to missing items. Pleased to say the last 2 have been near perfect. Recipes are great with the odd exception. Some of the meat quality is pretty average at times”

“Dinner is so much easier for me since ordering My Food Bag. Hubby is a meat and potato man but I prefer nutritious, tasty meals so My Food Bag keeps me happy. There is plenty of food and it always arrives nice and fresh. Communication is always perfect.”

“We love my food bag! A busy family of four with Mum and Dad both working full time and two hungry teenagers means not a lot of time to think about and plan our evening meals. My food bag arriving once a week full of all we need for the busy working week of delicious wholesome meals for the family is a blessing. We know how long it will take to prepare, what the nutritional value is, and have all the ingredients and recipe at our fingertips. There is always enough and sometime a bit left over for lunch the next day. With Covid lockdowns we know we will continue to get our deliveries on time without the hassle of supermarket queues. Thanks food bag!”

“My Food Bag is awesome! Makes it super easy to prepare my meals, which is great as a Uni student. Though the reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I've had a delivery issue (which was solved), and have had a couple ingredients missing sometimes - I'd give it a 4.5/5 stars if I could! Overall the meals are always super delicious, and recipe instructions are really clear!”

“I have enjoyed eating vegetables again. It's been a lifestyle change for me and the 1st time I have stuck it out and have enjoyed most of the meals. Haven't gone hungry so don't feel I on a diet just making better healthy choices. I have been doing this for 12 weeks now and have lost 10 kilos so starting to feel the loss. Looking forward to summer 😊”

“Hi My Food Bag We are the Smith Family and have been getting My Food Bag Vegan for 4 for 8 weeks now. It has really been the most wonderful experience for us all in our transition to a plant based diet. It has taken all the stress out of deciding what to cook & shopping for all the ingredients. In particular it has given me new ideas of ways to make vegetables exciting, attractive & complete in their nutrition teamed with a range of different protein sources ,nuts & fresh herbs. We've had nothing missing....in fact only extras.....like Nori flakes! If something is in short supply or unavailable then you are informed earlier of it's substitute. It is just so exciting receiving the weeks My Food Bag Box..... opening, unpacking & looking through the weeks recipes is a coveted task in our house hold. Sundays are now so looked forward to......beginning with the arrival of the Grandparents who delight in their weekly visit bringing the Box of Goodies out from town to the Country. One lucky person has the job of opening & unpacking and the rest of us watch gathered around the kitchen table as items are lifted from the Box, with hot drink in hand we then pour over the recipes deciding in what order we should have them. To date our absolute favourite recipe is the Vietnamese Lemongrass & Peanut Cakes with Crunchy Bok Choy Slaw & Peanut Sauce. Even typing it is making me salivate. Thank you my Food Bag for the joy you have bestowed upon our household.”

“One of the biggest hassles of cooking is deciding what to prepare. My Food Bag is a little like having a personal chef, but doing the preparation yourself. I have been very impressed with the variety and quality of My Food Bag’s vegetarian meals. My Food Bag has allowed me to have much more varied and nutritious meals at a reasonable price which feed me for the whole week. I’ve been recommending My Food Ba to all my friends!”

“The recipes are excellent and ideal for all level of cooking skills. We are currently renovating and the house is in chaos; with My Food Bag, the menu for the week is already sorted and, everything is delivered to the door - excellent”

“The good bag is awesome but unfortunately the delivery wasn’t so good as it arrived a day late because the courier deliverer sent it on the wrong run. This concerned me as I had shell fish in the box. I would have thought that the courier should have been made to go back and honour the contract by delivering the box on the scheduled day. 🤷‍♀️”

“My Food Bag has good customer service. We have always found staff deal quickly to resolve any issues we have had with not receiving certain items, food spilt through the box, or any quality issues. The communication methods - mostly through email - are informative and interesting. We especially enjoy getting small "freebies" in our box - we have occasionally had extra recipes, juice, or food items that have been thrown in. That always heightens our experience. I would say that value for money is slightly borderline for us: we pay just a bit more than we would like for the service. But, the convenience of not having to go to the supermarket (especially in lockdown!) and the customer service usually make up for it. We enjoy the meals and like not having to think about what we're going to eat.”

“As a family with young children, it has been great for my children to try so many different dishes, that I feared they would not eat. Luckily the disguised veggies have passed the test and we love the variety. The meals are delicious and nutritious.”
