“Just loving opening my box every Sunday, and seeing what we are eating for the week, makes life so much easier. Gives you a better idea of portion sizes with meat/fish how combinations of veges with different pulses, grains can really bulk up a salad,”

“We have had my food bag for a couple of months, after trying another brand previously. Much prefer My food bag to the other one. Meals are all different, easy and very tasty. The produce is very fresh. The kids eat way more vegetables than before, ( as these actually taste good) , they dont complain about the food i serve them any more... Very Happy Family..”

“Great meals of generous proportions.... i averaged a weight loss of one kg over the first seven weeks so very pleased with that result .. excellent instructions for preparation too.”

“I was a bit doubtful when I was considering joining MFB as to what I would get and would I like it. I love to cook and was concerned about being told “what to cook” but I loved it. I got to try many things that I wouldn’t on my own like quinoa, farro and brown rice. I got to learn about what my plate should look like (half verges, 1/4 starch and 1/4 meat) which is invaluable. I didn’t like some of the meals but they were definitely edible but I absolutely loved some meals and these will be life time go to meals. Overall an awesome experience I think everyone should try.”

“A great addition to helping us make good food choices that are healthy and nutritious for our family. As busy work schedules and juggling balance amongst many things, My Food Bag is a solid favourite with pre planned balanced meals making it to the table. Loving the freshness and convenience. Most of the meals go down well with the whole family.”

“I started my experience with My Food Bag by ordering My Gourmet bags mainly for my son, and then My Fresh Start for myself. My 21-year old son has been the one mainly cooking the recipes and we've been enjoying the tastiness of the food while being healthy as well! I also was so happy to learn about the extras as my son sometimes needs to take ready-made meals so the convenience is a plus factor. Now we have ventured into My Choice so that we can have a mix of recipes we like and ready made meals as well. I am a pescatarian so having a seafood dish as always one of the choices is helpful. Would love to have a couple more seafood dishes to choose from so that I will order more each week, too.”

“The service has been great, meals are delicious! My only complaint was that I couldn't replace fish meals when they were on the weekly list, but that has been resolved within the last week with the addition of Choices, this was really the only downside to the service and as such bumped my score from a 4 to a 5.”

“I have gone from not having the time to shop and hating meal planning for my large family, to having to fight the kids for who is cooking tonight! Meals are easy to cook. Even my 10yr old can cook them. We are eating healthier and experiencing delicious foods that I would never have put together myself. Loving the freedom of lifestyle choices and cooking again with my family.”

“Hi nadia and my food bag team .i get my food bag for my son who is in Wellington. Some times hes a bit short of money. So i decided to get it for him . As a young man shopping for food not realy his thing. My food bag is the best thing ever its teaching him how to cook and what foods work together and all quite healthy he is really enjoying my food bag .so thank you very much as a mum i know food bag is a great thing for him 😀😀😀”
