“Loved the different food choices and generally fresh food. The occasional time I did have to complain about something it was dealt with. However the last few times have not been as successful and I am still waiting on a response to my ready meal container arriving broken and the lid peeling off, which meant the contents were spilled throughout the box”

“My food bag has helped my partner and I get far more organized with dinner. Out of now a hundred meals or so only a couple we didn't enjoy. Otherwise the food had been amazing and well worth doing. I reccomend it to lots of people.”

“My Food Bag has been my favourite food bag service. I have genuine excitement every week for each meal coming and practising new techniques of cooking! The flavours are always different and each recipe truly is it’s own. Could not recommend this service enough!”

“We are very happy with the choices of meals available on My Food Bag . Furthermore the quantities for two people are generous in most cases . The flavours are very tasty & spiciness can be increased or decreased depending on your taste. Overall we have changed from a previous meal supplier & are happy.”

“Loving the variety of the Fresh Start menu, great mix of vegetarian and meat options. Ingredients are fresh and generous. Plus it’s healthy, value for money and saves trips to the supermarket. Winning all round!”

“Overall very convenient, with a good variety of yummy meals. Could be improved by providing a better variety of vegetables and also some meals such as chicken burgers etc come with no vegetables or anything with them at all just a burger by itself which isn't really a meal.”

“Very convenient and things arrive very well packaged. Great diverse meals every week. Definitely learnt some new techniques. Focus on more home compostable packing would be cherry on top”

“Love the meals that come through each week. So easy to make and very little prep that needs to be done. The whānau love the variety given with the meals provided and delivery is very efficient. The customer care staff are all very helpful and friendly as well :)”

“I was resistant to the idea of prepared food boxes but when my America based daugher bought me three weeks of Bagan box meals and my Kiwi based live in daughter she said she would cook them as her part of the gift, I was hooked. We kept getting them and just love them. Choose what you want, wait for delivery and follow the clear instructions for fabulous cooking. Sometimes we upgrade for a special occasion but mostly we are happy with the choices. Communication is regular and reliable. The flavours of sauces, herbs and spices are incredible. Delicious. Not having to think about what to have and how to do it makes this a brilliant option. Won't stop ordering any time soon as it is great value for money and time too. I highly recommend bargan box. “Bargain Box has been amazing for our family. It has taken the hassle out of thinking about what to cook and everything is so fresh. I love the convenience and the meals are really tasty. Great for a working family with 3 kids!”

“Best recipe flavours, very rarely get a meal that no one enjoys. Love that there is always a weekly fish /seafood option. Easy to follow recipes that the 11 and 13 year old can follow. I love that they can cook once a week each, even if the kitchen looks like a hurricane has passed through when they are done!”

“Perfect for my family. Enjoy not having to make decisions on whats for dinner. The variety is great. Sometimes there is enough leftovers for lunches the next day. Highly recommend.”

“The meals are tasty and it is convenient but unfortunately there has been inconsistency with the deliveries. Missing items, missing deliveries and missing bonus gifts. Help has been prompt but frustrating that over half my orders result in me needing to contact the help desk”
