“I’ve been using Bargain Box for about two and a half months now and it’s been a really convenient option for weeknight dinners. The meals are simple, tasty, and quick to cook, which makes a big difference during busy weeks. It’s also great value compared to other meal kits, so it feels more realistic to keep using long-term. Delivery has been reliable and everything arrives well organised. I’ve been very impressed with the quality of the vegetables and bread that it comes with. However, the cuts of beef have been quite fatty and a bit disappointing. I do sometimes add a few extra flavours or ingredients myself to mix things up, and I wish they used onions a bit more as they don’t come up very often in the recipes. I’m also not a big fan of the plain spinach leaf salads that come with some meals they can feel a bit basic. After a while the meals can feel a bit repetitive, but overall the quality has been good. Overall, it’s a really solid, affordable option that I’d happily recommend.”

“We have been getting Bargain Box for a few months 2 people 4 nights a week. We haven’t had a bad meal and been enjoying the different recipes, varieties and fresh produce. Honestly it just makes it so much easier. We’ve been monitoring the cost with our other groceries, and it’s definitely not increasing our overall bills. I think having certainty means we stop going to the supermarket all the time!”

“The box can arrive quite damp from the ice packs. The first few weeks had a LOT of coleslaw options I don’t seem to get a reminder to check the meal selection each week (but do get the Tuesday reminder about delivery address)”

“We are really enjoying the bargain box even our toddler, it's convenient and easy but also tastes really good, it's healthy so I never have to worry about our veggie intake. The only complaint I have is that sometimes there is not enough sauce”
