“While the recipes and food quality are pretty good the packing/packaging is poor. We have had 3 instances of meat packs being split open and juices are running out (see photo) ruining the recipe cards, or, softer items are on the bottom with heavier items on top crushing them. This has happened several times.”

“It makes life so much easier having our meals planned and delivered each week! We are no longer eating the same 5 or 6 meals over and over again, week after week. Our family is also eating fewer takeaways, so it's a win all around!”

“I've been disappointed with Food Bag lately. Recipes seem much simpler and using less ingredients than they used to and there seems to be a lot less fresh herbs used. The value for money feels like it's seriously dropped. I'm also not a fan of a lot of the sauces from the "Loft" brand you're now using. I will likely cancel our subscription in the next few weeks and try a different food subscription.”

“We moved to MFB from a competitor and have found the meal sizes and varieties to be worth the extra cost. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is that often the packaging has been suspect with on one occasion the meat container having split open and a couple of other times the plastic ice bags were leaking and the cardboard packaging was like a sponge.”

“The meals were delicious and mostly very easy to cook. My only minor critique of the recipes is that often salad prep would take longer than indicated, so I always started by doing salad prep not after starting cooking as most of the recipes instructed. However, since we started with My Food Bag in October 2022 almost every order has been problematic including being sent a rotten vegetable once, damaged vegetables regularly, as well as items often missing. Canned items were placed in with produce which caused damage to them a lot of the time. We contacted My Food Bag with each issue and they always gave a partial refund, but the problems with didn't improve. Therefore, we've cancelled our order despite finding it convenient and liking the meals.”

“I have really enjoyed being able to select a variety of recipes, with and without meat. I like that there is no more wool packing in our box and the 3 meals for two always stretches to 3. Great taste, great value, thanks 😊”
