“We love our bargain Box. Having it delivered on a Saturday saves me time in the weekend and allows me to do other things with the family instead of having to supermarket shop. I just top up with basics for school lunches one day. The meals are easy and my 3 teenagers take a turn cooking once a week. I love the variety of vegetables and how effect these are used in clever ways so that the kids are getting goodness without complaining.”

“Over the years we have done various MFB options. Since becoming pescatarian 8 years ago, kids leaving home and taking on post graduate study, I have found ‘My Choice’ offers the best flexibility for husband and I. We used to have so many issues with ingredients missing from our box, but since restarting a few months ago, I have noticed MFB has really stepped up its game and we haven’t missed anything (keep up the good work!) I really enjoy the vegan options too - they are usually not heavy in carbs and often super tasty. Hubby is also very happy to eat them too. In fact he now often likes to do the cooking (Win, win for me!) We do 4 nights for 2 people which also offers us greater flexibility if we have a heavy social schedule. I also think we are saving money as we don’t go to the supermarket all that often - no impulse buying (another win!) It’s easy to choose our meals with the app and also skip weeks if the kids are home or we are away. Great nutritious food and excellent flexibility- what’s not to love?”

“Meals are delicious and well balanced. Some of the serving sizes are a bit off as we end up with a surplus of things like lettuce and frozen peas/corn because there is just too much for us to eat so there might be a way to put less of ingredients like this in the box as they are being wasted.”

“Great variety of healthy modern recipes. Like the chance to also try samples of new products that I otherwise wouldn’t know existed. Appreciate the courier tracking, and the wool insulation that I can use in the garden (although my last box didn’t have an insulation sadly). Cost effective meals that push me to cook foods in new ways.”

“Have been pretty impressed for the most part. At times however i have felt a couple of the vegetarian options have been light on ingrediants by only containing 2 vegetables. Also i have found a couple of times the vegetables, primarily carrots and brocoli only last a couple of days before going soft. Otherwise the variety in menus has been good and easy to follow”

“On the whole I'm happy with the meals I receive each fortnight. However, I have sent through a message on at least 2-3 occasions advising that the frozen vegetables have been partly thawed because they sit on the bottom of the box with no ice under them and some covering the top.”
