“A wide variety of delicious and nutritious meals every week! We’re really glad we signed up for the gluten-free bag. We now eat way more vegetables and it saves us so much planning and shopping time. We’ve had different meals every night since starting and when we’ve had questions or queries the customer service team have been quick to respond and very helpful.”

“Mostly really happy. Loving the variety of recipes and tastes. Have found that things haven't been quite chilled enough when I've opened it, also last week I was missing a zucchini which was a bit frustrating. Only time it has happened though.”

“Hi there, We have been getting my food bag since before Xmas 2018. It’s great for many reasons 1. Don’t have to think about what to cook 2. Great for trying new flavors & ingredients we wouldn’t normally buy. 3. Great satisfying portion sizes- I think we are loosing weight 🙂 4. Reduced wastage of food 5. Less supermarket shopping! “Enjoyable and convenient . But some things not too good... we had a black butterfly in our last lettuce delivery.Being from the lower south island we enjoy cold water fish with more flavour...salmon is beautiful at any time.Overall your service is very good.Thanks.”

“In my view the fresh start meals are lovely but I do feel the spices are not very spicy and they is rarely enough spice for the meal- I understand the smaller bags get the same spice pack as a bag for 4 people so there is not enough. I also don’t understand the amount of peas used in a lot of the meals - especially salads? Every week my other ingredients that are not spices - ie rice etc are thrown in with the cold damp Veges so when I get them the packs are all soggy and just about broken open. The courier never picks up the wool packing. Other than that the meals are delicious and we are enjoying them. I would like to have the option of fresh start for 3 days though.”

“*Overall very good in all aspects. I was very skeptical to start with but was happily surprised. • Things I like:- - Don’t have to think about what to cook for dinner. Don’t get nagged with “any thoughts on dinner?” as it’s all sorted! - Supermarket trips are much quicker as only need to buy staples. - Meat is always good quality cuts. - Usually turns out like the picture. - Indicators of time required and carbs/protein/fat percentages. - I get to cook things that hubby would not normally have a bar of, but not only do I now get away with it because it’s “Nadia’s idea”, I actually get compliments!!! Eg: fish laksa. - Variety. - The texts and emails saying what staples I need to get, when delivered, when order has gone through etc and menus, which I can then forward on to hubby which keeps him happy. - We get leftovers for lunch. - Recycling the wooly wool. • Room for improvement:- - Had 1 “no delivery” but was quickly rectified. - No sesame seeds one week so had to go and buy some. - Not enough lettuce on a couple of occasions so had to buy more. - Have had a couple of ice packs leak their sticky innards all over everything and a couple of spices sachets pop and leak all over the recipes. *But still enjoying it thank you :-)”
