“We have been getting the Fresh Start Lite 20 My Food Bag since October. My daughter is getting married in 3 weeks and everyone is “shredding for the Wedding”. Fresh Start Lite is perfect in everyway. I’m the main cook and I dont have to think each night what to have for dinner.(That in itself is heaven). Plus all the scrumptious meals, with so many flavours and variety, its like going to a restaurant every night.The meats and vegetables are really good quality and last the whole 6 days. Customer Service is so helpful and friendly. I am raving to everybody about My Food Bag and even putting some pictures on social media. I have bought one of Nadia’s cookbooks recently as I am totally hooked. Keep up the good work. Love it. 😊Julie Owen”

“I love my food bag especially for its convenience and variety of meals. We’re eating foods that we would not normally eat. We have had a few items missing which has been annoying and Sometimes the vegetables are either spoiled or measly especially a radish I received last week that was to be added to a salad for 2 people. The radish was tiny, the size of my thumb. Absolutely ridiculous. These things let the my food bag down.”

“My food bag has been great for us, with a new baby it’s just been so helpful not having to worry about what to do for dinner as it’s so easy to grab something unhealthy. With my food bag fresh lite we are also able to have the peace of mind that we are eating healthily. Thanks guys :)”

“My Food Bag takes away the 'what should we have for dinner?' As shift workers it is a great feeling knowing we have meals that are easy to prepare and are nutritious for us instead of takeaways or quick grab and go meals. I love knowing we are eating well - plus there's enough for lunch the next day! I love the variety and even my partner is enjoying My Food Bag (he's not the adventurous type with food!). Thank you for providing us with great tasting nutritious meals and using great NZ produce!”

“My food bag is great. Not only do I not have to shop for four meals, the best part is not deciding what to have. The meals are delicious and easy to prepare and my slightly fussy husband enjoys them. With our family size reduced I found it hard to buy just enough vegetables. I hate wasting food but always seemed to be chucking items from the vege bin. The portions are generous and there are always left-overs to take to work for lunch. Thank you”

“As a Mum of two, (a 2yo and a newborn) my food bag has been absolutely fabulous for our family! There are no more tedious discussions on “what to have for dinner” every night and we aren’t eating the same meals over and over! The food we are eating is delicious and healthy and the portions are perfect! I think Nadia has done a fantastic job not only with the recipes, but by helping other fellow New Zealanders to live a healthier happier life through food!”

“Its so easy and convenient!!! I was always racking my brains what to have for dinner tonight, well that stress has gone :) Everything you need is delivered right to your door step, healthy and yum recipes that everyone can share in the prepping :) Great way to spend time with the family and a great way to teach kids how to cook. Will never go back”

“Easy, healthy and tasty meals! I waste much less food now, as I know what I am going to be cooking and have all of the ingredients right there! The food is always great quality and there is plenty of it. My only minor complaint is that I often hear of others getting free gifts etc in their boxes, but I rarely do ;)”

“We loved the chicken and haloumi Mediterranean salad. Also the Lamb Kofta, although it needs way more spices. We liked the previous fish recipe more than this one and are yet to make the Sticky Asian beef. Overall, we are big fans and appreciate the cafe quality meals without having to think what to have and assemble the ingredients. We rave about your product to all our friends and have bought a voucher for our daughter. We are finding we have much less waste too. When are you going to offer Motueka clients the make 2, heat 2 option please as we would be keen to try? My husband suggested you offer single meals through supermarkets to broaden your reach. I know the supermarkets would cut into your margins, but it may be good promotion for a short time. Just a thought. Keep up the good work! Warmest regards Karen & Ren Logan”

“My Food Bag is a remarkably successful NZ company. It manages to tick all the boxes - great food, great prices, eco-friendly packaging and fresh produce. It also provides a showcase for new NZ products so its reach extends far beyond just the food boxes themselves. Although an early skeptic (thinking it would not be cost effective and would result in an environmental net loss), I am a strong convert and am convinced this business model is the way of the future.”

“Food choices are great. I'm using ingredients I've never used before in combinations I would never have thought of with amazing results. Thought at first ingredients wouldn't be enough to fill hubby and myself but I was wrong they are filling tasty and quick and i no longer have to worry half the day about "what's for tea"”
