“Most meals are pretty good and its so handy not to have to go to the supermarket all the time! Would love a fresh start that has 3 or 4 meals though and an option to swap out meals that aren't appealing to us.”

“My food bag has been really good for our family meal plan. It is amazing how many different spices and flavors we have added to our meals. The produce is fresh and I just love the amount of vegetables we have eaten over the last weeks. In the beginning it took a while to get used to following a recipe and sometimes a 40min meal could take me up to an hour and a half. But we have become so much faster as we have more practice. I can only recommend My Food Bag.”

“Good variety of meals and some real winners with the recipes. I'm encouraging other family members to make up some of the meals and they're enjoying the challenge. They do comment that it's sometimes fiddly but the tastes are worth it. Loving the baking box for Christmas.”

“My food bag has changed our evening dynamics- I love how the kids are getting more involved in the kitchen and hubby is trying to cook more often. having all the ingredients and an easy recipe to follow sure has given him a 'small nudge' and advebture himself in the kitchen again!!! Great work my food bag team!!! The only thing i would say is to never put nachos again :) pizzas are ok but only in seldom occasions ;)”

“My family thoroughly enjoy our weekly food bag. The meals are well thought out, healthy, tasty and easy to prepare. It’s a great way to involve the kids in cooking and it makes the meal more enjoyable for them knowing the ingredients and having prepared the meal together as a family. Then there’s the excitement of opening the box on Sunday to see our weeks selection and see if there any little extras included like the awesome muffin mixture. Thanks My Food Bag!”

“Thanks My Food Bag! Going to the supermarket on the weekend is no longer such a chore - no standing there wondering what on earth to make for meals for the week. No more complaints from the kids "are we having this again" and my inevitable reply "its the only thing you'll eat!". We are so busy but meals are no longer stressful.”

“Recipes are excellent and delicious and produce is also very good . only concern I have is that cooling bags are not recycled ( a lot of plastic waste) and the fibre mats are not always collected by couriers ,so more wastage.”

“I joined My Food Bag as I was frustrated at my lack of time and energy to plan my meals. I live alone and was going to the supermarket every day on the way home from work to get tea. This meant I ended up also buying stuff I didnt need and shopped when hungry, bad idea! My daughter started My food Bag and loved it so I had a look and joined myself. I have to say so far I am more than thrilled with being on the program. Im doing the Fresh Start and am loving the low calorie tasty nutritious food. While not cheap per meal it has saved me money by not going to the supermarket daily. I feel great and look forward to my meals. Yay for My Food Bag!”

“Great to have tasty recipes, with all the ingredients in one place: reduces the mental load of meal planning! The non-veg menus seem to be pretty heavy on red meat, and there is a lot more frying than I'm used to.”

“I like how you can adapt meals to suit the needs of your family. For instance it shows a kid friendly version and an Adult version. We have a child with Autism who has sensory issues and have had some success with getting him to try new foods. My youngest son enjoys preparing the my food bag meals with me and it is nice to have this quality time in the kitchen together..”
