“Generally every comes in good order. The odd time there's been an issue, the support team are super helpful. I love the option to recycle soft plastics, as we have nothing available in our community.”

“As an individual with ADHD, Bargain Box helps my husband and I both enjoy choosing, cooking and eating bargain box meals. Taking away indecision paralysis, feelings of stress and wasting a lot less food for me! The quality of the meat is always great and the meals tasty!”

“Like the convenience of the meals and not having to think about what to have. Find meat very good quality. Sometimes some vegetables eg tomatoes, carrots and cucumbers aren’t great.”

“Chicken received on Sunday was sitting in its packet in white liquid. Smelt nasty on opening so we did not use. Disappointed”

“We tend to get 3x meals for 2 every other week. We don't get more than this as we always end up having leftovers which we freeze or have the next day. We've had a couple of boxes where items are missing either the recipe card or an ingredient. We had one meal where the chicken was off and we were advised that we should freeze the meat if not eating the day it's delivered. Almost all the meals are delicious 😋 and make us eat more veggies than we probably wouldn't otherwise. Overall we enjoy the meals and it works out $19.50 pp for each meal. Not so good if you are on a tight budget.”

“Bargain box takes the thinking out of meals for us but also provides delicious and nutritious dinners all week! It’s so easy and it means our 2 teens cook dinner twice a week!!! So it teaches them life skills and gives us a few evenings off!! There is a great variety and we love choosing extras for our pantry aswell as they are affordable and cheaper than the supermarket- WINNING!!!”
