“I love the bargain box. But could you pls list all the ingredients of the spice mix in the recipes?! I don‘t like cumin and a few other spices and sometimes I‘m too scared of trying a recipe because of the spice mix. That would help a lot and it would be a shame to miss some yummy recipes because of this.”

“We started doing bargain box because we were getting bored with what we were making for dinner. Bargain box has made us feel excited about our dinners again, the meals are interesting and so yum! We Have two young kids and order the 4 person box so we have plenty for my husband's lunch the next day. Plus we usually have leftover vege etc for other meals as we haven't needed to cook the whole broccoli for instance. Also, the customer service when we have had the odd issue is amazing!”

“Me and my partner decided to try my food bag as a way for us to not have to think about what to have everynight and a way for us to learn how to cook, We are both extremely happy with how easy the meals are to prepare and how every meal is quite healthy”

“I'm enjoying my food bag overall and I am impressed with how filling the low carb meals are. Some meals are really nice but I don't always feel that they are always good value for money.”

“Love the Bargin box so far. Not too impressed with the spinach, it is bruised when it gets here, yuk, we do not use those leaves, also the potatoes have blight. Love the special treats that come in our box, thanks Bargin box people.”

“I was hesitant to try bargain box as I have had other food delivery services that came with off veggies and missing items but I have been doing Bargain Box for 2 months now and we love it! Everything is so fresh! Meat is great quality and there is so much of it. We always have so much leftovers that we use for lunches. I highly recommend Bargain box, for us it’s cheaper then if we went and bought our groceries at the supermarket. 10/10”

“Wonderful recipes for the working family. Every meal to date has been very tasty, easy to prepare and enjoyed. Quite a few favourites along the way. The recipes have created a new interest in cooking evening meals and introduced ideas and flavours. The staff are extremely helpful with all assistance and ensure you are happy with the outcome. Super prompt at replying.”

“I love the way that everything is so streamlined. It is easy to place the order and such a lot of recipes to choose from. The order is delivered at the time indicated and everything that is required is there. The meals are excellent and so easy to follow the instructions. I would highly recommend using My Food bag.”

“More veges and salads have been added recently which has been great as I felt that when I first joined there wasn’t enough. The meals are small, however we are big eaters, so I just add more meat. The box for 6 people feeds 4 in our family. I feel it is cheaper than going to the supermarket as I’m not buying unnecessary items each time I go and I love that I don’t have to decide what to cook each night”

“The fresh start program is fantastic. I've always struggled to lose weight, especially when the rest of my family want to eat high calorie, delicious food. It was a struggle to get my toddler and husband to eat meals which are often fancy salads, so getting these meals just for me has been amazing. When I tried to lose weight previously, I would be sadly hovering over a boiled chicken breast while they scoffed down burgers, and I never lasted long before giving in. But these meals are way nicer than whatever my husband wants to eat, so I'm no longer jealous! The calories are so low I don't even need to exercise much to lose weight fast. The meals are all really delicious, and the recipes have measurements and normal ingredients instead of mysterious packets of unknown sauces, which means they're really easy to recreate. They're also really filling - the first meal I got I went to serve it on a small plate and it all just overflowed off immediately. I quickly realised that the servings are big, and I'm always full!”
