“I love the Mesmer-eyes Waterproof Mascara. I have been using it for many years and even though it had to ship from Australia, I still can’t think about trying to find an alternative mascara.”

“Thankyou products were as expected the only problem I encountered were my parcel was sent to Post Office and I didnt know. I would have assumed that they would put a notice in my letter box to advise me. I realized when I went to contact you about slowness of delivery that there was a email telling me to go to post office to collect. Is this the new way if so I will be aware in future. Two to three weeks waiting. I dont check my emails too often. Could be my fault. Leonie W.”

“I usually purchase via the website as I live in Gippsland, however decided to wait until next time I visit Eastland. That day was yesterday, and was appalled by the lack of service. A customer was being served when I walked in and there were three girls having makeup done. I waited and waited and waited, not one girl made eye contact, nor even offered a ‘be with you in a sec’ my daughter wanted to ask for help, but I felt classic ageism and said, nope I’m out of here. I intended to purchase 2 tinted moisturisers, a big pack of makeup wipes and cleansing oil. I left and went to Mecca where the service was perfect and I no longer need to purchase Napoleon products.”
