“If they were a restaurant, I would rate them a 5-star Michelin! They have gone well above and beyond my expectations. One of the 3 pieces in my delivery was damaged - hey, it happens - and once I connected with someone to get it resolved, it was taken care of immediately. Not only was the entire desk replaced, but I was also kept in the loop the whole time, received a check-in after the replacement piece was delivered and installed, and received a sweet thank you message after they worked it all out. Who does that? Nathan James did that!”

“The pieces are cute and the delivery was fast. I was disappointed in the quality of the pieces and the lack of thought in how they go together. I’m not anticipating these pieces lasting very long”

“I ordered nesting tables. Very easy to put together. Instructions super easy. For those starting out or on a budget I highly recommend this company. I did have a defect on one of the table tops. Customer service was EXCELLENT!! All new tables were sent without having to pack up and ship the first order back. Customer service email follow up top notch. There is no denying they really care about their customers. So very refreshing in these times! And then...Godiva chocolates sent for the inconvenience of having to get another set of tables. What a nice surprise!!! Thank you Nathan James!”

“Nathan James is one of the best companies I’ve ever ordered something from. When my original nightstand came in, one of the legs was broken. I emailed them and they quickly resolved the issue and sent me a new nightstand! They also sent a box of chocolates to apologize for the broken leg. Customer service is incredible and will be buying furniture again from them in the future!”

“Fast delivery. Very well packaged so they arrived in perfect condition- the Fed Ex delivery person actually dropped one of my nightstands ON me and then it hit my concrete garage floor. Thankfully it looked just fine. Very attractive nightstands, very satisfied with the quality.”

“I ordered Nathan James bedside tables from Amazon and realized one was defective while assembling it. Nathan James customer service were happy and willing to help. The associate who helped me, Melanie, was friendly, informative, and . They submitted a new order for me right away, updated me throughout the delivery, and even followed up after delivery to make sure everything was as expected. Also, my boyfriend and I love the bedside tables! Cute and stylish, reasonably priced, and very quick and easy to assemble. Would highly recommend the product and company!”
