“I have to say I am not one to leave a review but I got my kids headboards from Nathan James and there was a strap missing… I contacted them directly they immediately sent me a whole new set and said just to keep the other one and apologized for making a mistake.. then they sent me a little box of chocolates with a note that said sorry everything didn’t go the way you planned. I mean Come on!!!! That is AMAZING customer service. I had to get a desk and only wanted to buy from this company. It was perfect so easy to put together and now I am eyeing some new pieces because I would love to support a buiseness that has that much integrity!! Thank you”

“I got gift from a friend, a coffee table. One of the legs was missing. Upon calling, without hesitation, I was sent a new table. I am satisfied with the service and prompt delivery! I hope to buy more furniture in near future.”

“I usually don't leave reviews but Taylor at Nathan James was amazing. I ordered 3 stools and one stool came a little damaged, I sent out an email and within a week I had a brand new stool. They even let me keep the damaged one. Taylor was amazing. Kept me updated throughout the entire process and communicated with me to ensure I was satisfied. I will definitely purchase again with Nathan James.”

“Recently purchased a Mid-Century Modern nightstand from Nathan James. The shipping was very fast and overall the product was very well built, more so than I was expecting. However, there was a small bit of damage on the corner of one drawer. I took a picture of the damage and emailed Nathan James right away. Customer Happiness Expert Taylor answered my email and offered to get it resolved right away. A new piece was sent out and this one was tip top. I explained how the first one was damaged and Taylor said they'd let the packer/shippers know so the problem could be avoided in the future. My overall experience was very good and I look forward to buying more pieces from this fledgling company in the future. Best of luck to the crew at Nathan James.”

“I will try to make a long story short, but I’m not very good at it! I ordered two matching white stools with gray fabric swivel seats from Amazon, and Nathan James Co sent them promptly. Unfortunately the very bottom “foot” part of one of the stool legs was cracked where the manufacture had installed one of those silicon floor protectors, it was nailed in and the wood was cracked and painted over. I contacted Amazon who gave me information to contact the Nathan James Co. Numerous courteous and and informative emails back-and-forth, extremely friendly, patient, and helpful, notified me among other things that they do not have replacement parts. Their solution was to send me another stool! (and they did not require me to return the other stool that was broken, one less thing on our to do list! )We received the new stool a couple days later! It was in perfect condition, easy to assemble like the other ones, and they fit perfectly in our kitchen and have already been such a blessing to our family gatherings at our home! After I thanked the company in a couple of more emails and sent to them a picture of the stools in our remodeled kitchen, this week I received a small box of Godiva chocolates as a thank you for my patience during the whole matter. It did sweeten my day as they hoped! But more than anything, their fast and friendly family-oriented service is amazing! I will be looking to their company for other household needs!”

“The coffee table and end table look nothing like what advertised. They are bright white and marbled and in the ad they look like a much more subtle marble. I do not like them at all.”
