“I recently purchased a SPRINGWALL® Comfort Pockets® 13" Luxury Plush Euro-Top Mattress - Double/Full from National Mattress and I loved the entire process. The delivery was smooth, setup was easy (it came rolled up.), and there was no unpleasant off-gassing smell. We gave it a couple of days to fully expand, and it’s been perfect ever since. Overall, this hybrid mattress has exceeded expectations. It feels like luxury without the high-end price tag. Highly recommended for anyone looking to upgrade their sleep without compromising on comfort or support. The communication between the driver and the customer during delivery was also excellent.”

“I would like to give a very special shout out to my salesperson Jeven M. He was very pleasant and helpful. Also the delivery sevice was excellent. Can't comment on the mattress yet as I just set it up today. I'm a 92 year young lady and I was able to set up a twin XL mattress, boxspring and bedframe with no help.”

“Customer service was pleasant. During the weekend they are quite busy, but during the weekday, they were more attentive as it’s less busy. Arnold assisted me well in finding certain bed I like and guided me through the process well. Delivery guys were efficient and did no damage to the product. Thanks!”

“Chose two possible mattresses and they weren’t in stock. Neither was the mattress protector or the Egyptian cotton sheets. Anyway l was set to pay and discovered my account didn’t have the money l thought it had. Oh well. Hopefully I will fix that soon.”

“This is my third mattress from National Mattress and it continues to be my go-to place. I’ve always been happy with my choices, thanks to the helpful staff who are great at making recommendations on the spot. The service is friendly, the prices are fair, and the experience is consistently smooth from start to finish. I haven’t had the chance to sleep on my new mattress yet, but I’m excited to try it. I was a bit sad that I couldn’t stick with Sealy like I usually do, but I’m giving this Canadian-made Springwall mattress a shot — it feels like a solid choice so far. Highly recommend this store if you’re looking for good value and great service!”
