“Connor was absolutely amazing from the first day. He laid out all the facts and didn’t overwhelm me. He was super kind and honest. As a store manager, I believe his customer service was top tier. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything. Everytime I went in I was greeted with kindness and honesty which I very much appreciated. There were 2 other gentleman there when I went and they were super kind and funny. 10/10 recommendations. I would definitely go back and recommend others to go as well.”

“I like the website it's very clear and well organized, which made purchasing easy, but it was occasionally slow to load. There was a big issue initially. I was very frustrated because the system somehow flagged my legitimate purchase as fraudulent so the order didn't go through, without notifying me. So I waited all Saturday expecting a mattress that didn't come, but when I called customer service he was able to fix the issue. At this point I was considering choosing a different mattress retailer out of frustration, but I had hope in National Mattress's quality and reputation. I am a first time customer. Now that the mattress was reordered and actually delivered, I've changed my opinion. The real time tracking updates were helpful during the delivery and the driver was professional. Now I am very impressed with the quality of the mattress. It suits my needs perfectly, I chose the extra firm National Mattress mattress and I feel very pleased with my choice. The comfort and support has completely won me over, at a reasonable price. I can already tell my sleep is improved, bettering my whole life. Would highly recommend National Mattress to others. I rated 4/5 stars considering the poor initial experience, but overall positive experience.”

“I actually really enjoyed my time shopping for mattresses. They had very competitive prices at the time of shopping and probably still do. Going around the warehouse and trying out different mattresses was super easy, making the purchase was super easy, and the company even shipped the mattress to my house free of charge super quickly. Will definitely recommend to anyone for future needs.”

“When my not so old foam in a box gave out somewhat prematurely, I was in the market. I didn't know National, and was referrred by a friend. And the experiance has been a great one. Thier prices seem to be very good and they carry all the top brand names. But the best was the service. The non-commissioned sales people were polite, and patient, I was never pressured or rushed at any point. And they are exceptionally knowledgable about everythng in thier storer, thier help was incalcualbly useful. I would highly recommend giving them a try.”

The staff were knowledgeable and helped us choose the right option for our needs. Delivery was prompt, and the mattress arrived in perfect condition.
