“Customer service was absolutely amazing at the Steels location. Was greeted up on entry and was given the choice to browse independently or have someone assist me. The customer service agent was informed about stock. I ended up ordering online as I was having issues with my card in store.. However, my mattress was delivered the next morning. Will definitely be a repeat customer.”

“Other than the trip way out to the suburbs to see and test the different mattresses, the service was very professional and friendly, both at the store and when they delivered the mattress downtown. I am getting a feel for the new mattress these next days, so I'll know more about the quality of my sleep soon.”

“I have no idea how to rate you guys. I ordered a box spring and mattress a couple of weeks ago. A week later i got a full refund, no explanation. I called to inquire and was told boxspings can't be shipped. Ok no big deal, so i went ahead and reordered just the mattress. That was on june 29th. I got order confirmation, but nothing else, i have no idea if it is shipped or when i will recieve it. I'm moving into my new house in a week and am hoping it will be there for that. So you guys really need to up your communication with your customers.”

“I came in looking for a mattress in my parents spare room. I spoke with Suraj who was extremely knowledgeable in explaining the differences in coil types and counts. Within 15 minutes I purchased a mattress and it was so delivered two days later. The delivery was seamless, in time. I couldn’t be happier, and gave raved to friends and family about the excellent service and selection. When it comes time to replace my mattress I will definitely come back!”

“Jevon the staff member was very helpful on helping me pick a matress for my bad back,Great guy!. However I tried to call the company wearhouse to find out when it was sapose to be delivered and i was on hold for half hr then got hung up on. All I wanted was them to send me the tracking number. Good price for what I got specially when it was no tax an free delivery. Wear house was in markham on woodbine.”

“Prompt response acknowledging order. Delivery notification of day and approximate time. Quick delivery by courteous drivers. Placed in room as required. The mattress was as described. I will write another review once I have used for a few weeks. So far I strongly recommend National Mattress for your bedding needs.”

“I have bought three mattresses over the years from National Mattress, and every time, the customer service is spot on, their prices are often lower than competitors for comparible products, and delivery is next-day fast. I love that I can support Canadian workers and purchase Toronto-made products that come with warranties and exceed expectations. They have great sales... and even when purchasing from their clearance selection, the level of service is the same as purchasing something custom. I cannot recommend them enough.”
