“The Staff......and I am very sorry that I cannot remember her name......she took her time, was patient and gave us very good tips. We will be back, we were buying a mattress for our daughter, but we need to replace ours. We bought some pillows as well and have never slept better! See you soon.”

“Shopping at National Mattress was such a lovely experience! The sales representative was very patient with us and detailed oriented as my Husband and I are first home buyers and were buying our first mattress and box spring together. We have needed to reschedule our delivery three times now and each time (due to our renovations not being complete) National Mattress has accommodated us! I’ve recommended National Mattress to all our friends and family. We will be lifetime customers!”

“My experience at the National Mattress Markham outlet was excellent. As soon as we walked in, Henry greeted us warmly and asked whether we had a specific mattress in mind. He immediately guided us to the models we were looking for and gave us space to try them out. He checked in again later to see if we needed any additional help. Henry clearly explained the key differences between the mattresses on our shortlist, which made the decision process much easier. Placing the order was smooth and efficient, and he made sure we understood all the important details. The delivery service was also quick and well-communicated, with updates via text and a phone call before arrival. We haven’t slept on the new mattress yet, but the entire experience with National Mattress so far has been great.”

“Dear National Mattress, My experience with my new mattress has been nothing short of perfect. Me being a miserable sleeper, getting up 2 and 3 times a night wirh cronic pain from my back down to my hip after tons of research decided perhaps to try another new mattress. I went to your shop very defensivley I must say. Yet in no time I was meet with a very relaxed and knowledgeable sales man Ben. I gave him my miserable song and dance and he lwt me. But his maguc began when he steered me to the correct mattresses for my problem. Good, better or best was my choice. I laid on each mattress for a good log time and thats when I knew. Today I truly have been having the most amazing and restfull sleep. Health is the Best investment...and I'm not a crank anymore. Thank you .🥰”

“My foam mattress wore out so I was looking for a replacement. Found what I liked at National Mattress. Made my purchase and the delivery team got in touch with me to verify my delivery date. On the day of delivery I received an email giving me the approximate time of delivery. I was told the driver would call 10-15 minutes before delivery, and that's exactly what happened. The guys brought the mattress up to my bedroom (I'm in an apartment) . They were both pleasant. All in all it was a fantastic experience. It's so nice to see great customer service extended to a retiree.”

“Found National Mattress on-line and it looked like they had a huge selection at great prices. Went to the Dundas Street location and did they ever have a huge selection on display at all price points. They even pulled out a couple of models from the back for us to try. Manvir was awesome and answered all our questions...and no selling pressure from her! After trying several models, picked our favourite and got a great price. Would definitely recommend you go to National Mattress.”
