“I want to give 4.5 stars but rating system doesn't allow. Recently purchased a Beautyrest Harmony Tight Top Xtra Firm Pocket Coil Queen. I found the website very easy to navigate and I love their Add to compare feature as I was really trying to figure out best alternatives. Product description of features and specs were very informative; really helped me to narrow down my final buy based on my needs. The price (including discount) of my purchase was the best compared to other retailers such as Leon's, The Brick, Sleep Country, Ikea and even local furniture stores in my area. After processing, their follow up email communication was on point at every stage. Only reason to shave off the half star was the mattress SKU on my order confirmation had the description code for my mattress as sold by National Mattress. I followed the instructions provided to check my mattress upon delivery before peeling off the plastic wrap. The SKU on the manufacturer tags had a slight variation so I thought I was given the wrong product in error by the delivery driver. He tried his best to explain I got the right product but the issue was with tag description. Unfortunately, I wasn't getting it. He walked me through contacting Customer Service and waited with me until I got my concerns resolved. I got Wayne at the Hamilton location who patiently explained the differences between Beautyrest SKU descriptors vs National Mattress SKU descriptors based on the actual features of the product and why there was a discrepancy. It was initially very confusing. My only suggestion is using manufacturer SKU on order confirmation so when clients inspect upon delivery it matches the product. Outside of this, I gave my new mattress a test ride and my god cant believe I waited this long to replace my bed. I certainly will use National Mattress again and refer.”

“Box Spring hasn't arrived yet so not completely sure of quality. I am sure it will be standard quality. Called the store to ask some questions and they were answered. Easy enough to purchase online. Only issue is the disconnect between what the website says and reality. States 1-3 days express delivery. But after I ordered on a Thursday it isn't set to be delivered until the following Friday.”

“My choice was aPro Align mattress from Tempur Pedicure. After a few nights of great sleep ,l can conclude that we are more than satisfied with the purchase . Connor was very helpful in the showroom and the price was amazing compared to other stores! However, we had some minor problems with the delivery people.”

“The Tempur mattress is great! The unpleasant part was the delivery. The two guys tried to jam the old mattress into the carton and when they failed they just left the case in the corridor. From there they dragged the old mattress with the mattress bag on it to the garbage room and the bag disintegrated along the way. A sad mess they left behind.”

“Lots of affordable mattresses. I appreciated the staff's efforts to be neutral about mattress options (as they're overwhelming). However, it wasn't convincing that the $500 mattresses aren't different from the $1000 mattresses (that it's just a matter of how it feels). There are technical details/differences and the staff need to be able to speak to those differences -- even if their conclusion is that for one reason or another they don't matter much.”

“We ordered a box spring online, and picked it up at the store in Kitchener. The young man who helped us happily put it on top of our car for us. (we tied it on) I have no concerns and would say we were very pleased with the customer service.”

“The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Apart from a delay in delivery (due to some confusion around our address being noted as in “Toronto” versus “Etobicoke”…no clue why that caused confusion), the process went very smoothly. Have already recommended to friends.”
