unbelievably scam.. I couldn’t stop laughing this point how stupid they are. They are “supposed to be” 100% plastic-free company and sanitizers I ordered was “supposed to be” in bottles so we can recycle. No updates of delivery, asked for cancellation, no response, stupid CEO excuses YouTube video.... finally a month later I got them. I got PLASTIC stand pack sanitizers, completely different from what they claimed on website. I’m filing them fraud. It’s like you are sending meat products to vegan!!! Lol

I placed my order on April 13th for hand sanitizer. Recieved tracking information a few days later stating my package had shipped; however, was unable to track my package. The company sent me several loooong emails explaining how they were experiencing longer than usual ship times, and that they were aware of the issues regarding tracking, or rather lack thereof. I get it. We're in the middle of a pandemic. My complaint is that someone within the company created a shipping label for my order, and it clearly was not shipped out. I have inquired numerous times, and recieved the same loooooong emails detailing their day to day operations, and how hard they were working to get orders out. I was told they expected to be caught up within a couple weeks. I have asked for a refund, and as of this moment, I have not recieved a response. I am frustrated. I expected to have hand sanitizer within a week of ordering. I have now been waiting two weeks! Maybe the products this company makes are wonderful beyond measure, but I wouldn't know. I'm still waiting and they have my hard earned dollars.

Got my order and the product is exactly what I was looking for. Yes there was a delay, how could a small business ever have prepared for a global pandemic in advance? They’ve done a great job communicating throughout and were innovative when their typical packaging became scarce. Thumbs up and thanks, Habitat Botanicals,

It seems they were going through a lot of changes and growth, which for any company can be chaotic. Add the Coronavirus and a significant increase in orders in the mix, and this could be a recipe for disaster. As far as I am concerned, the company performed well. It took quite a while to receive my order - one month, may be, but: - I sent an inquiry for update on shipping via email and got a reply within 48h. These days, you can consider yourself lucky to even get an answer. - I appreciated the emails from Jaymie (even if they were a little long ;) as they, if anything, showed goodwill The product received (hand sanitizer & soap) are good. So... a small company producing good products and trying its hardest to answer the high demand during unprecedented times... let’s give them a cheer and be a little patient with delivery times, shall we? As a note, it’s been taking a month to get a very simple item from Amazon (and still MIA) so even the “big” ones are having some hurtles.

I ordered from them and despite being in such a difficult spot as a company they made sure to give regular updates on shipping and sent us some extra goodies. I’ve only tried the lip balm so far but I LOVE it! I’m so excited to try the rest of the products I ordered! I’ll definitely be ordering again! Thank you for giving us healthy products that are also eco friendly 💜

Although the world went crazy and my order was delayed, I am thrilled with all the products I received, and will definitely order again. Canada Post did indeed have my order in their hands for a while, but I’m willing to cut everyone some slack as they deal with staff shortages and overwhelmed systems.

SCAM! The worst part is CEO Jaymie kept sending us an excuse email and videos and blaming on other companies. Such as fulfillment shippers, Canada Posts, tracking App.. etc Along with the excuse and his non-sense justifications, he said working hard to catch up orders... but guess what? He has enough time to video himself and sending us excuses email over and over. STOP pretending humble, just do your job. I claimed fraud dispute on VISA card and I get money back. I do support eco-friendly company and their belief. But I felt they are taking advantage of “trend” to make money out of it and not genuine on saving the earth.

Took awhile to get hand sanitizer I ordered, but hey I get it there a small business that ran into some issues. Product was good no issues there. Definitely will be looking at ordering more product in the future. I prefer to support small business.

I have been a customer here for well over a year, even during the shipping issues the past few months. Their products and packaging are top of the line, and have never disappointed me. I make sure to order in bulk which is both cheaper and allots for a bit of a shipping wait. I will continue to give them my business, while I live a low-waste lifestyle I've tried many products from many companies, Habitat Botanicals continues to surpass the bigger businesses on product quality.

They are not shipping any items. Tracking information is not valid. there is no way packages are picked up and not scanned. There is no way items are delivered without updates. This is not a valid company... Stay away !!!!

I wrote to them 4 emails to cancel my order, nobody cancel anything. They took my money and my order is I. Transit since a month. I wrote to them several times but only get "sorry about your experience, here is a generous 20% off your next order... Write back again and ask for my money back but nothing. Stay away.

I ordered Feb. 27, almost $93. Got an email on March 9 that order was in "Shipping Process" and to expect delivery about March 17. It is now April 21. I have sent emails and called to ask about my order and there is always an excuse: the item is on the way, tracking does not work, they are backordered, just hired new staff, on April 10 got an email that order had been shipped.....still no way to trace and now with COVID 19 they are running behind. Have disputed with my credit card company. I really want to reduce my plastic use and use cruelty free products, but this company is not the way to go.

Scam scam scam. Will send you emails saying shipping is delayed but will never ship your products regardless. I feel stupid I even fell for this. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Order was placed January 3, I was told it had been shipped on February 14 and was issued a tracking number Feb 17. March 11 Jaymie confirmed the order was shipped. March 16 Canada post investigation showed the item had not arrived at their shipping depot. Continued to get emails saying the item had been shipped and was on the way. Finally received after 14 weeks and after putting in a dispute claim with my credit card company. Canada post shows the item departed Richmond BC on April 9th was received in Edmonton on the 11th of April and it was delivered on April 14. I have attempted to cancel the dispute claim with my credit card company. (cannot get through due to the covid crisis but will continue to try) I have tried the products and they are very nice, I do not think I will purchase from this company again due to the poor handling of my order. I understand they had difficulties through their move but that does not excuse a 14 week wait.

I ordered my products on February 20th and have still not received them. On March 9th I received an email with a tracking number stating that my products were shipped with an estimated delivery date of March 16th. According to Canada Post, they have never been in possession of a package with that tracking number. After several emails trying to pinpoint when I would actually receive my products, I requested a refund. I was told that I could not have a refund until I receive and then return the package. Thankfully, my credit card company did not agree. I will never do business (or try to do business) with this company again. I have also sent an official complaint to the BBB.

I ordered Jan 9 2020. It’s April 13 2020 and still no product. I sent multiple emails and gotten generic answers Said my product on the way back in March with fake tracking number. Asked for a refund was told when i receive the products to send them back. But can’t get products to even send back. Will be reporting them to the better bureau They sure had no problem taking my money.
