“I have ordered size 14 and you send me size 6. It was just waste of time. I had no time to go and find another dress because the wedding was coming soon. I was so disappointed.”

“Hello My name is Rana I bought a wedding dress it came in a very bad shape the sewing is not good and looks cheap. for a size 14 the side are too tight and won't go below my shoulders like in the picture I am very sad and I want a fill refund for it order number 435095 I kept emailing and no answer live chat and no answer plz send me a refund asap”

“It happened twice; I ordered, waited for two weeks, then they sent me an email to notify me that the size is not available. The second time they sent me the wrong color. They display dresses that are not in the stock, either colores or sizes. They are not professional”

“My dress came but it has black stains all over the bottom tail of the dress and when I when to the site to initiate a return it said no returns or refund. This was for my court wedding so disappointed and I had to run to the mall buy whatever was there to wear.”

“I ordered my dress April 21st and arrived May 25th. I was informed a week later my dress was on back order. I tried contacting the company on several occasions but they never replied or returned any of my phone calls or emails. My dress arrived on a defective plain cardboard box and from a different sender. I have doubts about its authenticity since it was just shoved in a small cardboard box with no garment cover or anything, it was a very expensive dress.”

“Dress smelled bad like mildew basement. Said it was embroidered but it was actually beaded and very heavy. When I tried to return it they said they were not accepting returns. My dress is still tagged. I begged for a credit to exchange and they said I would have to pay $75 before they would do that for me as a courtesy. I am very disappointed in their customer service. Spoke with Nina.”

“Beware, this company is using Covid as an excuse to not take ANY returns. Bought multiple dresses from three companies to try on for my daughter’s wedding. Found the right one before I even opened the New York dress. After looking up the return policy, I realized it was not returnable. Don’t be fooled, this is not Nordstrom’s.”

“Run!!!! Typically does returns but changed their policy to no returns.. Purchase 30 dresses from this company all of rocks in the house to college and we never had an issue returning them. As you know evening gowns are hard to fit one arrived in before I even tried it on I knew I didn’t want it because it was so drastically different in person. When I sent them an email for the RA number they told me in our returns they have changed their policy”
