“I am only giving a 1 star rating as there is a No star rating option available. Here is why, I brought this Jovani 2114 dress for my niece. Upon arrival the dress did not represent the quality of a $494 dress on sale for $150 . The quality of the material was subpar, even the stitching was inadequate. The belt was glued to the dress, & it smelled terrible. It was so very rigid that it made the dress very uncomfortable. We would have promptly returned this dress except this company is using Covid as an excuse to Not Accept Any Returns!!! I would not recommend purchasing from this company unless you change your policy of No Returns and include a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.”

“People please be aware don’t waist your money like I did , the size chart says I am size 8 I ordered 10 to make sure it fits the dress was too too small and I paid 350 dollars 👎🏻”

“Buyer beware! They have a no return policy! I bought a $400 dress, didn’t fit, couldn’t return and wait for a different size to arrive because it wouldn’t be here on time so I am out $400.”

“I have the worst experience with New York dresses company Because I’m just paying and not ending the issue of exchange my dress that was very large for me , paid exchange fees and paying shipping fees and now they ask more than double price of that supposed be small difference price it’s not logical sense.”

“Ordered a dress for my Fiancé that was supposed to be shipped with 5-7 business days. A month and a half later and I have yet to receive any kind of order status on when the dress will be shipped. I keep getting told it will ship in a week or in a couple days but I still have received nothing. I am completely disgusted with he level of service this company provides with its customers.”

“Hello I am so disappointed after purchasing a dress from your website, when I received it the colour is so bad then I was expected. I need it for a big occasion I end up buying another dress. I try to ask for an exchange or even I return the dress for a store credit. The answer was nop Woefully experience”

“This was a lesson learned for me.. NEVER make a $500 purchase from a “No Refund or Exchange” online website. I viewed the pictures and made the purchase for my daughter’s prom dress. I received a different color from what was advertised and, after I called customer service, before hanging up, I noticed that they immediately put a message on their website in RED, stating that the pictures don’t represent the colors you may purchase. My daughter’s prom was almost ruined because of this!!! Luckily she looked absolutely beautiful in that BLUE!!😩 NEVER AGAIN..”

“The All sales final due to Covid is the poorest customer service ever! That is the most self serving position. Major retailers like Sak’s and Nordstrom’s are taking returns. Will never shop here again. Dress didn’t fit. Donated to charity.”

“I purchased this dress in size l0 which is my size. It arrived and it would probably fit a size 6. This was a final sale. I understand that different companies size their products differently, but this is impossible to alter. I would have been happy if I could return this dress for another style. Why didn't New York Dress alert me to the fact that this dress ran 2 sizes too small. Under these circumstances, I would never purchase from this company.”

“Never buy a dress at New York dress They take longer to ship plus they don’t take a return even after they are late in shipping . I am stuck with a dress that I have not even open the box because they just don’t want to accept a return nor a refund”

“Love the dress. However, we followed the sizing guidelines and the dress is small. I’m waiting for customer service to determine if we can exchange the dress (then will update my review to reflect). I do understand protocol and procedures, but I also followed recommendations on sizing.”

“BAD EXPERIENCE WITH NYDRESS. I order a dress whose photo and site said it was blue. they sent me a white dress.Now they do not accept the return and they want to make me believe that dress is blue. For God´s sake. your are mistake. I sent a photo.”
