“The picture of the dress was blue you sent a snowwhite dress. I can’t send the dress back and I lost my money for nothing. Very very bad .”

“I had to contact New York dress several times after ordering my dress because I did not receive a confirmation, tracking number or any indication of when the dress would be shipped. In addition. The dress was ill fitting and there are no returns or exchange, which I was unaware of before purchase. I did purchase a dress from New York dress in 2018 and my experience was extremely positive. I cannot say the same for this time around.”

“order# 438251 I had a bad experience , my dress was shipped to other customer and the customer care team were not accurate and insist that I recieved the dress with out confirming the customer data.. till now I didn’t get any feedback or action . I paid a full price for service I didn’t get !! I’m very disappointed and can’t trust this website”

“Misleading information, and now it is seven weeks with no refund. They asked me to follow up with their shipment company. It is one of the worst experiences I had with online shopping. American Companies need to learn customer service from Chinese businesses.”

“I purchased 2 dresses for my brother’s wedding. One of the dress ran really small, the other did t work out because it was backless … there were no pictures depicting the back of the dress just the front which was misleading. I returned the dress for which I paid $314. I was told that they would charge a 15% restocking fee ($47) and that i would have to pay for shipping to I send it back . Today, I received an email saying that they are have provided a gift card in the amount of $199!?! My refund should be$267… I’m not sure how they came up with this number … this company tries to get every penny they can from you with no explanation. It’s very unfortunate”

“I I bought a dress from you for over $1000 and I understood that I will not be able to return but I thought with you guys I will be able to exchange and I was OK with that but when the dress came in and didn’t look anything like the picture to me I thought I would exchange it your response was no returns or exchanges and that is a horrible customer service and I will never buy anything from you guys again”

“They have horrible costomer service , not professional at all!! i tried to exchange the size of a dress they ask me to pay for the restocking fee and after all that when i went to Fedex to return it i ahocked because they told me to pay 500$ !!when i texted them they just told me that they don't cover the return!!! i never saw a complicated website like this! i changed my mind because the cover of the return cost me more than the dress so i decided to keep it , i asked the to return back the money of the restocking fee 100$ they ignored me until now!!!! so bad i'll never record this website to anyone and i'll never deal with them any more .”
