I bought the wrong size and now it’s sitting in my closet since I can’t return or even exchange! I am 10 miles from the store and would have gladly gone in to the store to exchange. Satisfaction zero! Do not shop here!

Wasn’t allowed to change the size of a dress, even though I had received it 2 days after placing the order. Lost me as a customer for good!

All returns refussed!! Return policy changed over night, with no warning, To "NO RETURNS FOR ANY REASON"! I read it in May, it didnt not have that policy at that time, then shopped dresses, "all" of them, designer after designer. Have a store credit, due to "NO" refund with a previous return done yrs ago. Ordered a dress after over 3 wks looking, it is way to heavy and material not as it appeared. I am mother of the groom, I have scoliosis (server) and can't wear it with its weight! So $260 and a nice dress for the wedding, shot in the heart!!!!! Still have More $ in store credit, I would rather loose it, then have to buy from NYD ever again.

Am giving it one star for the reason being that I got a dress and the color was off I wanted to return it wasn't on sale but they refused to do some about it I ended up losing dollars just like that I wouldn't advice anyone who is not sure about color or size to buy unless they are sure of what they are buying

I purchased a dress that cost me over £600 GBP ,then had to pay £85 to get the parcel ,once received the dress was unsuitable and the zip damaged i emailed nyd and was informed that i could not return or exchange the dress ,this dress was for my son's wedding and i had to go purchase another elsewhere ,this company is one i would NOT RECOMMEND ,!!!!!!!!!!

Paid $347 for a dress which way way too small. Now they say they don't have a return policy and I'm stuck with it. Pathetic. Compete scam. Avoid!

It is sad that a company like this will be expensive then sell cloths with no option of a return for a refund.. Products are not what you see on pictures. All products I bought did not fit and of low quality yet they refused to do any kind of refund. This will be my first and last time visiting this online shop.

Bought a$350.00 mother of bride dress went arrived I tried on it was too small, went I tried to return I received an email saying sorry but the dress say I cannot return the dresses. I have to buy another dress for my daughter’s wedding. I brought dresses before from them, but this will be my last time.Very disappointing!

I purchased a size 20 gown based on the measurements of the size provided online. The dress was so large that the estimate for alterations to get it to fit me was $700. Almost twice the cost of the dress!! And when I went on the website to try and process a return I found the notice that you were not accepting any returns for any reason. I know it is my fault for not researching your return policy thoroughly, but it was also not made clear that all sales were final. Between the inaccuracy of the size descriptions and the inability to return, I am not happy with this company.

I ordered 3 dresses online from this store and only received 1 dress and had to call many times in order to inquire about the dresses that I ordered. The customer service representative was really rude and closed the phone on my face. I am still missing one dress that I neither got a refund or replacement for. Wasted $325 on a dress that never arrived.

I received a Gatti Nolli Couture gown valued at 3,500.00 destroyed by the designer who shipped direct to me.. They folded a hard collar several times by putting this gown in a 5×7 2 or 3 inch deep box. The collar can't get steamed out. It was also made with a different fabric and it looks like a chinese knock off on me. I emailed you and added photos, then called very politely but was disconnected after I said I'm not sure I'm interested in any other gown on your website because it is for my son's wedding. Your phone rep has my number and did not call me back. This is unacceptable customer service. I have ordered from you many times. Not sure I could again knowing this is how you handle regular clients.
