I received a Gatti Nolli Couture gown valued at 3,500.00 destroyed by the designer who shipped direct to me.. They folded a hard collar several times by putting this gown in a 5×7 2 or 3 inch deep box. The collar can't get steamed out. It was also made with a different fabric and it looks like a chinese knock off on me. I emailed you and added photos, then called very politely but was disconnected after I said I'm not sure I'm interested in any other gown on your website because it is for my son's wedding. Your phone rep has my number and did not call me back. This is unacceptable customer service. I have ordered from you many times. Not sure I could again knowing this is how you handle regular clients.

Sold me a dress that was unavailable , customer service is no help . They do not care about their customers. It’s all about money & making it seem like they’re just this great company

I haven’t received my dress. New York dress showed little to no concern about helping me find my dress or locate it. I do not recommend.

A word of warning - do not order from this site unless you are 100% positive you will keep what you ordered. Apparently they have a NO RETURNS policy which I did not see when I placed my order. Maybe all caps or checking a box that you agree your purchase (at full price; not on sale) is non-refundable should be added to this site - at the very least. I would never have placed my order if I was aware of this policy. I ordered a navy dress with gold embellishments. The dress that arrived was a different shade of navy and the gold accents were much more brassy than pictured on the site. I didn’t even remove the dress from the shipping box bc I immediately knew it wasn’t right for me. I was shocked to hear about the no returns policy as pretty much every place I order from only has onerous policies like this if the item is on sale or deeply discounted. I called the company and after begging and pleading they granted me the privilege of returning the dress with a refund of 85% of the price. Plus I paid for expedited shipping. Lesson learned by me to never buy again from NewYorkDress. Beware !

I can't believe I can not return a $500 plus dollar dress that does not fit me. I do not think I have ever ordered a dress I could not return!

This was the worst fitting dress. IT made My schoulders look huge and the gathers in the front of the dress added. I bought tow and wested My time and My money on this tow. Now I cant even wear IT to evnt. My Order # 441841 They are too much bigger From My size...😓😥🥺😓

I have been your customer for years, since I won the title of Mrs. International in 2009. I used to be able to purchase and either return or get store credit if the dress did not fit. I recently, made a purchase assuming the same policy applies as I have not received any email or notification to the contrary and the shopping cart did not indicate the new "no return" policy either. I felt dumbfounded when I tried to return the dress for a different size and was notified no return was accepted! Now, I am stock with an expensive dress that does not fit! Although, it was a difficult choice, but I decided to stop shopping with you because of that.

Hello, I was very dissatisfied with purchasing from you. I had to order 3 times and everytime you took the amount and then a few days later would tell me the piece is not available! i had to call internationally and out on hold to finally find a dress that was available. And I finally received the dress after the party had passed. Then the dress arrives with spots!!! This is not ok and it will be my last time ordering from you. Honestly, I would not recommend you to my friends and family. Sorry to be blunt but sometimes negative feedback is helpful for a business to improve itself.

I ordered I dress , the color I’m the pic was ice blue , the dress was for me as a guest for the wedding of my sister in law. It’s came in Snow White and there is no possibility to return. It was a horror because the wedding was out of the country!!!

There was no mention as I was making my purchase that all sales are final. If I would have known I would not have ordered knowing I would not be able to return. The item was NOT as pictured and the slit goes all the way up and can see undergarments! It is not wearable! How can you run a business like this?

Your service after purchase is so poor that Iwill not recomend you to my friends why? Because l ordered dresses one month ago And l didn’t receive them yet .my parties already finished and I didn’t receive them on time !!!! What is the use of them now I have to store them untill another occasion
