Bus service not running, I needed that as I have bad knees so was trek for me with a suitcase to the terminal, very painful knees by the time I got there. Not best pleased. Coming back was exactly the same, don't know if I would use again.

I use the airport parking 4-5 times a year, the actual parking and booking element are totally fine - we always use the short stay. The main and only issue I have is the cost! it goes up every-time - it really is expensive!!

Upon pulling up to park the anpr detected my registration number no problem Gave me a ticket and proceeded to park up On our return however pulled up to the exit barrier and couldn’t find our car on the system so wouldn’t let me out. Had to wait for a representative to arrive then wanted to check my email for the booking before he would let me out . So not so good on departure. Not just my car either the other lanes for cars had the same problem.

Good value as its cheaper than taxis there and back, however, some of the footpath surfaces could be better as in places its quite difficult pushing or pulling your luggage.

Dissapointed that when we returned from holiday the Bus Stop outside the terminal was not clearly signposted. We then found a piece of paper taped to a post advising that there was no bus to return to the car park as this was only operating at certain hours over that weekend so we had to walk.

Regrettably we have had to use the Airport car park since Park and Fly closed after the pandemic. Although booking, entrance and exit is easy to use online using the car park itself is more problematic as there is no indication of where there are any spaces. So you have to drive around and around until you find one. Then when you do the numbering system is vague so you struggle to return to it. This means that you have to leave a lot more time before your flight just to park. The bus is irregular but the drivers helpful and friendly. An expensive but very unsatisfactory service. Next time we will get a taxi.

Would have given 5 stars but my wife who has slight mobility problems was unable to step down off bus at arrivals until driver came and lowered bus. This should have been done as soon as it stopped

Parking is easy and convenient at Newcastle. The only reason I have not rated it higher is that EVERY time I go to leave the ANPR system misreads my reg number. And so EVERY time I have to contact the control room for them to verify and let me out. Not great after a long flight and embarrassing with people waiting behind you!

I have parked at the airport many times but on this occasion it was a little frustrating as some of the car parks were showing as full and had cones blocking them off but there were spaces.

All of the long stay space car parks nearer to the terminal were all blocked off with cones, boards saying full but they were practically empty. Also I paid over £50 for 4 days (with a discount code) which I thought was too expensive.

Booking for parking online was fairly easy and instructions clear. However, on return to car park after our holiday, the exit machine swallowed my ticket and barrier failed to lift to let us out. It took around 5 minutes to get through to someone on the intercom. The operator finally let us out after confirming pre-booking payment had been made. No explanation was given.

The passenger path from long stay was temporary but was very gravelley so differcult to pull a suitcase. I appreciate its only temporary but more could done.

Whether using the self parking (Short stay 1) or Meet and Greet I have always found the car parking effortless and it feels secure. However the withdrawal of the shuttle bus to long stay makes it unusable if you have hold luggage to manage, which limits choice. The drop off charges are ridiculous. Its only £1.00 at Belfast International!

Courtesy buses not running 24/7 now which is inconvenient and consequently suitcase trollies getting left near to parked cars. Parking bays too narrow
