“We arrived in the pouring rain it was torrential. The attendant guided us to the back of the queue but I needed to be closer as my wife is in a wheelchair. He threw his arms up in the air! I parked near the building and he came over I explained my situation. He was ok with that. Once inside the service was very good and swift. Upon our return the car was waiting near the building which was great.”

“Easy access for parking straight into airport which is perfect for my disabled wife. A little bit over priced but other than that no complaints.”

“The car park we chose was a short walk from the terminal building, exactly as described. Plenty spaces available when we arrived. Only downside was a slight delay when exiting car park. As we had pre-booked and pre-paid the automatic barrier did not recognise our ticket and I had to contact the office to be let out.”

“We usually use short stay1 as it's convenient & close to the terminal, avoiding having to load luggage onto the transfer bus. It also gives us a quick exit on our return.”

“The parking area is just a car park with barriers and nothing else.The cost of parking is expensive and parking costs need to be reduced.People like myself who regularly use this parking facility and have to travel for an hour to get there.I should be recognised as a previous customer and given better deals on parking.I regularly receive 10% off parking but this is still too expensive.Maybe I should review where I fly from in the future.Please review your rates. John Garbutt.”
