“Excellent staff, quick access and exit. Pricing could be a little less expensive for the Premium Meet and Greet - suggest price per traveller rate rather than per vehicle?”

“Excellent service, so easy to park up and drop off your keys. Super close to the terminal and smooth easy to pick your car up on the way back. Used it loads and will use it again.”

“On leaving for some reason we were going to be charged a daily rate 😱😱😱we contacted the office with our booking reference & the gate was lifted no apology from the operator or further contact doesn’t take much to say sorry about the mistake.”

“Found it a bit expensive, taxi would have been cheaper. Also was concerned I would not get parked. No information about what to do if all the spaces are taken on the day and tome I booked.”

“Well it would be nice to give it 5 stars --but I can't--EVERY time I arrive home --it's s warm feeling --until you have to wait EVERY time for that ladder to come to the plane or the bus to arrive --for the short journey to the terminal--I keep thinking to myself -" DID THEY NOT KNOW WE WERE ARRIVING ?" Sorry but you need to know--well if you read the comments”

“Parking at Newcastle airport is great and a good start to your holiday especially if you have an early morning flight as we did recently. However, I do wish they would reduce the cost. we park and fly from other airports and the cost is so much cheaper. We will only book into Newcastle Airport when we have a promo code beacuse of the cost, which is a shame but family and friends say the same thing.”

“Definitely 5 star. we much prefer it to Edinburgh which is a bit closer for us. Clicking on your Stars only brought up the description : "Very Good" but didn't seem to do anything to register the selection.”
