The staff and car parking facilities I couldn't fault so would have give it a 5 out 5 however, the signage and instructions at the barrier are both inadequate and confusing or contradict with those directions and instructions given in the payment confirmation documents

Was very disappointing the bar area was disgusting glasses and plates with left over food covered most of bar area, prices very expensive and service poor.

Good check in and security passage. However on return after collecting my baggage I made my way to short stay car park and had a delayed exit. It was raining and my number plate was not recognised. The communication at the exit was difficult as radio was not clear ant I had to shout loudly to pass my booking reference. Could this radio be improved.

I always book on line But have differing experiences sometimes when I arrive my ticket is printed whithout pressing the button if that doesn’t happen I have s terrible time when leaving as the machine keeps asking for payment a very frustrating situation.

Arrival good, Finding a parking spot good, leaving the car park wasn't good. Every time I try to leave the car park after using this service, the system doesn't recognise the car and I have to speak to an operator

The car parking area to the left immediately after the entrance barriers needs to have the rows numbered/lettered and difficult to relocate vehicle upon returning.

Unfortunatly I was unable to use the airport parking due to the heavy snow on Tuesday 27th february and was unable to give any notice This meant that I lost my parking fee unless you are able to see your way to refund it

I always like to park in the short stay, often a great deal and very easy to get to and from the terminal (unlike the bus service to long stay). Our flight from USA to London was cancelled and our return to Newcastle delayed by a day, so while at Heathrow I phoned spoke to a nice young lady, who said not a problem I've changed it on the system no charge just insert your ticket and it will raise the barrier. Guess what - no raised barrier with the ticket a request for more money and had to wait for someone on the speaker, cars behind me had to wait and after a few minutes the barrier went up. Please if you going to do something do it, I would have happily paid more money but your kind offer was spoilt by someone not doing what they said.

Hi Overall good experience, however I have to always ring for support on my leave, as the gate doesn't read my reg number, so frustrating. More it takes a while and a queue behind me might appear, which can be a subject of upsetting other customer. Kind Regards

Did well not to close despite the snow, Not too impressed that they couldn't initially find a record of my pre paid parking and tried to charge an additional £70, not great after a delayed flight getting stuck at the exit

Booked car in to short stay weekend I then phone up with my details car reg week before going about getting to airport hour earlier that was fine with reg. On leaving airport put ticket in to machine and came up wanting £90.00 when I buzzed they said my reg was wrong I said could be it's on printed form I had and phone to check before I came after 10 mins I finaly was aloud to come out I was not happy about this but other than that it wad ok

We use new castle on site parking on a regular basis. And find it would be much improved by better road marking and also a better way to have your luggage travel with you on the bus. Maybe a trailer to put your luggage on avoiding having to carry your caasses on the bus

Not a lot made me happy. On both outward and return travel I’m yet to see any sign of the mentioned bus. The walk to the terminal was through empty and near empty car parks much closer than the long stay we were directed to
