Greggs! Other than that not happy with the airport. Security was a nightmare and then the Metro bar was a disgrace. Long, long queues and dirty tables. Nowhere to sit because of the mess

Everything was great until I had to sit at a barrier freezing with snow falling through my car window for almost 10 minutes waiting for someone to answer the intercom.

This visit was better than the last time, it appears some of the car parks are being resurfaced and the bay markings were better. The bus still needs to be more regular it always appears to be a long wait for pick up.

The service in the past has been very good, however on our return it was cold and wet/snowing and we found the office locked and nobody around to give us our keys hence why I scored down on your survey which is not the norm.

Car park during winter months is too far away from terminal building! Needs to be closer!

Parking close to the departure terminal is good however on leaving I had to phone the control room as the barrier did not open. I was advised that I had overstayed but I was actually leaving early! After a discussion I was eventually allowed to leave. Despite this Ineould definitely use the car park again.

Handy location Signage could be improved when you get to the actual car park When you call something meet and greet you expect someone to be at the front of the car park and not in the car corner as you enter Upon return from journey, there was still ice on the car, a noce touch would have been to have de-iced the windscreen to say the least. Maybe the way it was built up as meet and greet was the issue.

Nice airport,quick through security but I prebooked parking and had to wait at the barrier for 5-10 mins for someone to answer the intercom and let me out. A much better system is needed so people do not have to wait to be able to leave

Everything happens quickly, this is nice. The are way too many bars and too few cafes & similar in the departure area. Upon return being bused across the tarmac is a bit basic, but it was quick enough. Inbound immigration is very basic, but I've never found a nice facility anywhere! A couple of automatic gates would have helped a little. Generally adequate, no frills.

THE AIRPORT IT,S SELF IS VERY GOOD. THE COST OF FOOD AND DRINK IS EXPENSIVE BUT VERY NICE. THE CAR PARK IS GOOD AND CAN ALWAYS FIND A SPACE,HOWEVER THE BUS CONNECTION FROM THE CAR PARK TO THE TERMINAL IS VERY POOR . WE USED THE CAR PARK THREE TIMES IN 2017 AND EACH TIME WE HAD TO WAIT 15/20 MINUTES FOR THE BUS.WE HAD 6AM FLIGHTS AND IT WAS VERY COLD WAITING. A BETTER BUS SERVICE PLEASE
