“Because I booked on the day I was flying the anpr machine did not recognise my ticket so I had to go to the office it was raining so needs updating”

“No issues with entering and parking, but on exit ticket wasn't recognised and number plate recognition didn't work also. Had to contact technician to exit. This is the third time this has happened”

“Fine in airport. The long stay car parental gruelling to navigate , finding and returning to. Poor signservice and the courtesy bus nearly ran me over. Very dark and unfriendly.”

“Arrival and parking at the facility was a quick and convenient experience; however on attempting to exit the facility the card reader would not accept the ticket, as was the case for several other customers. Whilst understanding technology isn't perfect, it was the abrupt unfriendly nature of the attendant on duty which left a lasting impression on the whole service.”

“I paid an extra premium for meet and greet however there was nobody to meet or greet us on arrival, i pulled into the car park, found a space, went and found a trolly then had to hand my keys in at the office. On return my car was out waiting, not sure if it was worth the extra paid....”

“Close To terminal, but parking bays were not marked in the section that I parked in, so when I returned the car next to me was very close and my car had suffered scratches down the full length of the door where I assume somebody had dragged their suitcase through the gap.”

“Very easy to find a spot to park. However i always seem to have trouble getting out. The bus service is good going to the terminal. But there is no defined bus stop for the return to the cat park.”

“Easy booking and car park is close to the airport. However, there are not enough disabled bays and the booking system should allow for disabled bay requests. My pre-booked ticket did not work on exit.”

“Service from staff good but Long stay car park, ground condition poor. Buses took ages to come and so we ended up walking to the terminal”

“The courtesy bus service to the terminal building and returning early morning was very efficient. However your automatic exit still appears to have a problem recognising personal number plates??”
