i was less happy on this occasion as i could not find an available space to park my car in the designated car parks - even though there were signs stating there were spaces . I had to park on the road instead along with other customers . This was an unwelcome stress at the start of my holiday .

On exit Car Reg recognition system did not work to allow us to exit car park. It had failed for a number of cars causing delays getting out and several minutes on communications systems otherwise ok

easy to find, plenty of parking, close to the terminal, waited at bus stop one, contacted the office by the intercom told that the bus would be a couple of minutes. we waited for 20 minutes no sign of any bus, we eventually had to walk the the terminal with our cases. this is not what you advertised when i booked the parking, so me and my party were not impressed with the service

I had a problem exiting the car park, as my ticket failed to raise the barrier. Consequently I had to call an attendant and give my booking reference in order to exit the car park! Apart from that, all else was well and as I had encountered on previous occassions.

Parked in Short stay, but had to hunt through bag to find letter as ANPR didn't recognise my registration

When going on holiday I always fly from Newcastle Airport and have always found every thing to run smoothly and have no complaints on that front,That is Once inside the airport terminal. I have used the meet and greet parking facility on a number of previous occasions and always found it to be very good,unfortunately my last two experiences with meet and greet have not been what you would expect.On arrival no one there to greet you,went to site office and was told to find a parking space and return with keys normally that would not bother me but was absolutely splashing down so running back and forth in the rain was not the way to start a holiday.On returning was pointed in the general direction of where my car was parked and had to half pull out of parking bay to get baggage in boot which meant I was blocking the whole car park. Not impressed at all and not worth the price charged.

The only thing that made me happy was the toilets on the lower ground floor. For public toilets I have never been to any that are so clean and well maintained. As for the rest of the airport the emphasis is on making money at the expense and comfort of their travelling customers. There is hardly any public seating now, the majority being replaced by sparkling duty free and trendy eateries. If planes run to time it is bad enough but in the unfortunate circumstance that there are delays it will be a nightmare to find somewhere to rest - I suppose the aim is to force customers to spend money in the eateries! Not good.

Well signposted but why do I always have to get out of my car at the exit barrier. About time something was done about the computer glitch!

Booked short stay parking online in advance. Collected ticket at the barrier on entrance to car park. On exit the ticket was not recognised by the machine. Had to use the contact to speak to an operator. Eventually the barrier was opened after my booking details were checked. Not how it should work. Is there a problem with your vehicle recognition system ??

Onsite parking could do with a little attention. 40 mins I waited for the shuttle to take us to the terminal. This is the 3rd time. Ended up walking in the rain last time. Signage could be better also.

Parked in long stay car park at the airport, no problems, straight in to check in and waited for flight. (I lost an expensive sports watch from car park to check in and amazingly received it back when I returned from my holiday a week later- plus £7 charge)

We were unaware the changes to where the bus pick up stop on the return journey!! Would be helpful if we are informed by email

It wasn't meet and greet . I was expecting to be able to park outside the terminal and someone take my keys and take my car away then on return deliver my car again.

I have just written a positive review but forgot to include a suggested improvement. The car park shuttle bus stop at the airport departures door is poorly indicated and very badly lit. Not perhaps a problem in daylight but at 10pm last week it certainly was for some of us.

Used car park many times and usually no problems. On this occasion camera didn't read number plate. Help button was a little slow to be answered & still no booking from Reg had to refer back to email for booking number. No apologies for in convenience. Customer service a little lacking on this rare occasion.
