“Easy to get to parked car no problem but stood for bus for 20 minutes never came gave up and walked luckily it's not far. Would use again but not for the bus transfer”

“Still no real direct when leaving airport terminal with regards to where to catch the bus for the long stay car park. Raining last time I landed by the time I had been given the correct place to stand I had a good soaking simple signage would help instead of leaving people guessing”

“Not much - on airport so walkable to the terminal, but its expensive for 4 days long stay in October. No bus was in the car park when we arrived, a more frequent service isnt much to ask for. but its a captive market, not many spaces available so they can do what they like.”

“only downside was prepaid and still had to reverse and get out of car in pouring rain because ticket wouldn't work. said time expired on screen I put approx. time of leaving and was only twenty minutes out. think there should be more leeway in case of delayed flights etc.”

“not this time transfaer from car parking was not good the bus did not turn up had to walk from park bus stop 13 the phone was broken we are both in 0ur late 60's”

“Easy to find. But parking spaces were scarce and people parking without consideration for others. We also ended up waking to the airport as the shuttle bus was almost as far away as the airport was. Slightly expensive for a weeks parking but we needed to use the service. Overall it was pretty good.”

“Its the usual airport,rip off prices on food and drink and passport control is a joke! Who was the person who thought merging 2 lanes into one would speed things up”

“Didn’t really, ALWAYS have the problem that my pre booked ticket doesn’t work in the barrier! So wait for attendant to fix this after giving ref numbers. Just don’t need this after a long day/flight”

“Great easy access to airport however each section should be more clearly marked i.e A B C D or local place names so you can make note when you park and find your car easier upon return.”

“Finding a space was easy, however upon my return the ANPR system did not recognise my Reg. Plate and the machine informed me I owed £165 when I had pre-paid for my stay. The matter was resolved, but it did nothing to cheer me up after travelling for 20hrs.”

“I was delayed exiting the short stay car park 2 succesive weeks as the machine said my parking ticket had expired, which it had not. This needs to be addressed. It did not just delay myself but others behind me. On the second occasion it took 6 minutes for the helpdesk to answer.”

“I would like you to penalise drivers who use disabled parking areas without disabled badges. My wife has limited walking ability. We regularly use the short stay parking and frequently have to park well away fom the terminal. Ray Clegg”

“Airport parking was easy to find and park up. We waited 10 mins for the bus which didn't arrive - phone in bus shelter wasn't working so we had to walk with all our luggage :(”
