Somewhere close to airport to park

The parking was easy and convenient. I paid for a valet which was not great. Something had been sprayed onto the windscreen and not wiped off so as soon as we hit a built up area visibility was very poor through the front windscreen

Useful and handy ,but the car park is set up badly for pedestrians and the area's are badly marked up . Two lots of lettering ! I walked to the J area bit it was the J area overspill car park . Confusing and the ticket machine sometimes is not working.

Too long wait for the courtesy coach bus shelter was full and it was pouring - not good with small children

We had to wait quite a while for the courtesy coach with two small boys in the pouring rain at 3.30am and the bus shelter was full so boys got inside but we had to stand outside

After enjoying a lovely holiday and a good flight home it was spoiled by having to wait over 20 minutes on a cold wet night for the bus to take us back for our car. Very disappointed !

We experienced a wait of 20mins for shuttle bus on return trip. Your policy states no more than 5 mins wait for transfer

Once again prepaid ticket did not work onway out ! Once again a rude person on the intercom ! Name ! Reference ! Paid ! So abrupt no customer service skills

Once again issue when trying to get out of the car park barrier would not open and when you get to speak to the control room the staff are very unpleasant to say the least.

The service staff and facilities within the airport are excellent. However I had problems getting my car out of the long stay carpark on my return. After inserting my ticket to leave ,the barrier failed to open and the machine read I was over my allocated time. I went seeking some help from your member of staff to be rudely told it was my fault I had not entered my registration number correctly when making my online reservation. This is nonsense as I received a confirmation email with my correct car details before travelling. I also pointed out to your member of staff that the car in front of me also had a problem and they too had to come and get him to open the barrier as there ticket had failed to work. Not difficult to deduce a system fault not mine. Some basic customer service and manners training needed I think. This will not deter me from using your airport parking again however as normally it runs very smoothly and is a fantastic service.

PArking was convenient but prepaid ticket wasn't accepted at exit terminal and had to ring in and provide all details before I was able to exit

The airport itself is fantastic. Great parking facilities with very frequent courtesy bus to take you to the terminal. Fast check in and good service through to the departure lounge. It's a lovely size airport with all the amenities you'd need before flying abroad. The reason for only 3 stars comes down to one thing... Expense. As a family of 5 we had breakfast in the departure lounge. It was a terrible breakfast summed up by asking for a vegetarian one for my daughter which they said they'd do and they brought her out beans and 1 fried egg. Anyway, our breakfasts/ breakfast baps cost us £68 for a family of 5! That's us ludicrous by any stretch of the imagination. As I say, otherwise a very nice airport.

I was supposed to call after collecting my luggage but no phone in the baggage hall. Should the driver who returns my car return it with the seat back in the same position as it was when I handed it over? That it vertical and not virtually horizontal. Also the same driver failed to give me a ticket for the exit barrier. Had to return to the office for one. Don't feel as happy as usual. Where has the car been parked?

Bus was timely. Exits are not clearly marked. Some rough ground without adequate line marking. Ticket worked correctly for the first time on leaving.
