“Parking was easy to find and transfer bus was quick to airport however the grounds are very uneven and mix of concert and gravel so makes it difficult to wheel suitcase over. On return it was early hour of morning and the bus was crowded it would have helped if the driver could of called out the bus stops as no one could see them in the dark”

“hi, unfortunately i can not say i was happy as when i returned from our holiday i inserted the ticket given and barrier would not raise. I pressed the help button and was annoyed at how i was treat by 1 of your colleagues of rudeness and abruptness.I had a que of traffic behind myself through this. This is the 3rd consecitive time it has happened . It looks like details are not registering in proper manner. hoping the future of parking with yourselves can be resolved. Thank you”

“Parking facilities were good, very close to terminal but exit barrier would not open despite having a prepaid ticket. 15 minute delay trying to sort it.”

“Second time running I have used the medium parking area and the second time it ask for over £67 when I had prepaid £34 Everything else ok but do worry about the medium parking never had the issue in long parking”

“When i turned up at the terminal it was very confusing and i drove into the terminal and then had to pay to get out It wasnt clear where i had to go, I left the car and found the parking area by accident really. The second week was fine but overall not much like the meet and greet booklet suggests.”

“I was frustrated along with other drivers after dropping the cases off to go to park the car .The pay machine would not take the new pound coin and rejected this coin .I was fortunate to have an old one pound coin in my pocket which eventually allowed me to exit the area to park my car up.The car was securely parked and on our return from our holiday there was no issues with the bodywork etc.The only problem once again and this happens every time we do exit the car park.The machine would not accept the card to allow us to leave which caused tailbacks due to the fact we could not get through the barrier.We had to then contact the security to allow us to leave.In my opinion this needs to be addressed as it is quite frustrating coming off a long flight and been able to exit the car park due to the malfunction of the machines.”

“Great parking close to the main terminal but getting out is a pain if you have booked online as the ticket doesn't open the barrier you need to press the button to speak to someone time wasting and frustrating”

“I Have used newcastle airport loads of time easy to get in and out but this time when we arrived back the cars was covered in gravel all over roof and bonnet so was not happy now thinking how secure this airport paking 😑”

“prebooked the short stay carpark but found it difficult to Find a parking space and weather was horrendous and acess from carpark to entrance was awkward having to cut across short stay carpark was not ideal”
