“barrier recognition good. However, there were no visible parking bays to park my car even though a space had been reserved.........I found a place to park but it was not in an allocated bay.”

“I have used this parking facility twice now and on both occassion upon exit barrier when we insert the parking ticket it came up that we owed over £100 for the parking which we had already pre paid the parking. having to speak with an advisor to then have to get out the paperwork to provide our reference number to prove we had paid was a complete hassle. I thought the parking facility had registration recognition so this should not have happened twice.”

“Arrived 5.30am 12/7 on morning only to find we were unable to locate a parking place, there was no one around and we ended up parking in an unmarked space, on walking to the pick up point we noticed a several cars parked as to take up two spaces which was a bit annoying. On arriving back a fortnight later not knowing what to expect we boarded the bus outside the airport, the driver could not have been more helpful in finding our car so that went a long way to negating our feelings when we parked. The driver said that there was usually some one on duty at the time we arrived but we couldn't see anyone. Would use again now we know what to expect, as having once located our car getting out and leaving was no problem.”

“Easy entry and exit to and from the car park, but no buses from parking area or back. Walked both ways and still yet to see anyone picked up or dropped off.”

“In general parking was relatively easy, but the various areas could be defined into smaller sections ,and more clearly signed,as we had difficultly finding our car after retuning,”

“I was happy with The locality of the car park to the terminal building however on my return I was disappointed as there were numerous cars scattered around the access roads and I was blocked in for a short period. A family member who was parked in the long stay car park managed to travel to go vehicle and exit quicker than I did from this superior arrangement.”

“Used Meet and Greet car parking for the first time, what a pleasant change to see smiling faces with great service. will definitely use this service next holiday. Well done Newcastle airport, can you put some smiling faces inside the airport as well please”

“Very busy had to drive around for 15-20 minutes to find a space. Found a space in one that said full after driving around others that said spaces but none available”

“All good apart from when we tried to exit the car park and our card wouldn't operate the barrier, however this was quickly rectified when I asked for assistance a staff member came to my aid.”
