“It is small and has many memories from my childhood when BKS operated Airspeed Ambassadors which I experienced a flight to London on one once, will always remember the oil leak on the side of the engine cowling whilst in flight assumed it must be normal. The present day staff are friendly and a welcome Greggs after arrival... The long wait at Passports was the only event that was not at all satisfactory, which is of course is beyond your control.”

“Everything was spot on until I try to leave the car park the barrier never rises for me I always have to go to the office and get a new ticket no idea why this happens but this is 4 times in a row.”

“Not a bad service but there needs to be a bus for collecting people and another dropping people off.Both times we used the bus and what a nightmare getting our cases off with people getting on the bus and standing at the front of the bus it was hard work struggling with 2 small children and 4 cases with people using this service to depart Ncl aswell as arrive back to Ncl ...couldnt fault our bus driver he couldnt help us enough and agreed with us”

“Parking drop off was fine no issues. On picking up after holiday, car had not been valeted at meet and greet, paid for gold valet. Staff were apologetic and after calling later in the day, full refund was speedily deposited.”

“We like to park our car at the airport so it is handy for us returning home. We know that the areas are in zones and labelled alphabetically but it would be a lot easier for people to remember where they parked their vehicle is the bays were numbered. After being away a couple of weeks it is difficult to remember exactly where the car is parked and slot cars are similar looking and coloured - particularly difficult if you return in the dark hours”

“Booked meet and greet parking for the first time. Dropped car off no problems. On arrival to collect the car we could not see it. We were told if you look over there beside cream car it will be there. It was actually parked in the row opposite. So i said to the man this is only meet but not greet. Got no reply ! Not exactly good service.”
