Roads in the car park have many potholes, it's just out of reach to walk but you always have to wait for the bus. Had to wait 10 minutes at night on return. It's okay but not great. New barrier system is an improvement though

Booked for 5 days, only to find it’s the same price as 7 days. Yet if you book for 7 days and it goes into the 8th day by a few hours you get charged a full day? Ticket reader never worked on leaving the car park.

The number plate recognition system is poor. It has only read one number plate correctly on one of three different cars I have used. The staff blame private plates, screw heads, French system, but East Midlands airport car parks have no problem reading my plates. Exit from the car park is delayed while you go to the customer services office to get an exit ticket. ANPR system needs sorting.

I have always booked the long stay car park but this time I received the option to upgrade to the short stay car park. I decided to go with the short stay as it was located nearer to the terminal. But on arrival i had to drive around for at least 10 minutes to find a space of which there was only 6 available. Would I upgrade again? No. I prefer to know I will have a guaranteed space.

Meet and greet parking is 5 star! Always use it! Airport facilities generally good. VIP Lounge an absolute joke! Not even one star for that!

Going to the airport the service was excellent but on return to our car the experience was horrible. As the driver kept dropping passengers off he was allowing more on. There was not seat and it was very full. When it was our stop to get off it was very stressful as there was no room to get off with our luggage as there was too many people standing. I noticed that our bus was being followed by an empty bus. My suggestion would be to have a bus for pick ups to take to the airport and a seperate bus for pick ups from the airport taking you to your cars

The parking facility was fine and safe as usual. We were parked a long way from terminal building as car park very full. Courtesy bus was there quickly to take us to the airport terminal building. On return to Newcastle we went to bus pick up point outside terminal, at around 12.25am along with many others. A bus came fairly soon but there were to many people waiting so we did not get on bus. We then had to wait a further 40 minutes in the cold, until another bus turned up for us. This was longer than getting off plane and through baggage reclaim. A little disappointing to have wait so long in the cold until around 1.15 in the morning.

Everything was east to book online and pretty standard as airport parking goes. However when leaving the car park we were charged over 90 pound before we could leave. We spoke to an operative who asked for our reference number, unfortunately our phones had died in the plane. We tried to charge them up to retrieve the e mail howeverbit was taking a long time. After around ten minutes we were asked for our registration number as it seemed they were able to check all along. This was a stressful end to a long day of travelling especially with a three year old with us.

Find car park entrance and exits confusing ,never seem to get a parking space that's not half a mile away doesn't matter what time we park 😕 keep price down thanks 👍

Walked from Long Stay G to terminal building. Only 2 buses, 1 operating the other parked at the ticket office.

Very disappointed with the bus service from airport to car park, it’s was early hours of morning windy, cold and raining heavily, us and a number of people including children waited 30 mins for a bus to turn up. Shelter was leaking and the amount of people waiting meant some could not even seek shelter. I this occasion I’m very disappointed with the the service.

Our overall experience of the parking facilities at Newcastle Airport was good even tho I find it a little expensive to pay on top of an holiday considering most the work is done by the driver of the vehicle being parked but when your hands a tied it's a good choice.

Overall not bad but when I got sack I found that I needed a jump start. When I called up I was told that I would need to call a breakdown service even though the terms and conditions stated that this facility could be called upon by contacting the airport parking company. Luckily I came across a very helpfull couple who had just returned from holiday who assisted me. So for that reason I have rated the airport as acceptable. If you are going to offer this service then I expect it to be available after all you are aware when flights arrive at the airport.

Return flight was early morning aroynd 1.30am had to wait 20 mins for a bus which never turn up so had to walk down to are car which was a good 10mins must only run 1 bus after 11pm

Always use the airport but very disappointed this time as got a text to upgrade to short stay and on return ask for 270.00 pound as they said I hadn't put my car details in it always asked for your details when completing online took about 15 to 20 minutes to get it sorted. Regards Lorraine

Good but not enough buses running to take you to the airport. The last visit we walked to and from as waited so long. Previous to that we waited well over 20 minutes in cold weather. Especially in chilly weather you don’t want to be hanging around the bus shelter. Ok walking if weather is dry but this defeats the object really of getting picked up.

Having originally booked the long stay car park shortly before my holiday I got the opportunity to upgrade to the short stay. I paid the extra and on arriving at the car park the sign at the entrance stated there were places available. However on entering the car park I found that it was full. I had to wait for someone to leave the car park which is not ideal when you have a flight to catch.
