First time I have used the meet and greet facilities. Drop off was great. However, on return my car wasn’t waiting for me as I was told. It was still parked at the bottom of the car park. To which I had to go and get my own car. I didn’t think that is how ‘meet and greet’ parking works. So was disappointed with this service.

I received an email for upgrade option, after gone into the system I choose not to upgrade as it was value for money. However after I cancel the upgrade, my original booking was cancelled. It was inconvenient and disappointed that I have to rebook my parking again.

Simple and efficient way of parking. Only issue was that there was construction work being carried out adjacent to Short Stay Parking 1 which resulted in after 7 days parking a blanket of dirt and grim covering my car. So £60 for parking and another £55 for a wash and polish. Looking around every car was covered in the same. Some thought should have been given to preventing this problem.

This time there is a lot of building work going on, the area was dirty, poorly signed and traffic cones were not place correctly. There is no where to leave your baggage trolleys in the car park so people tend to leave them anywhere.

On the last two occasions that I have used the car park, the barrier refused to rise on exit. I had to go to the office to be released, which was annoying. Clearly there is a problem with the equipment.

Actual terminal is good with extensive facilities. Would have been 4/5 but Car park currently undergoing extensive work and temporary layout confusing and not well signed. Short term car parking bays quite narrow and lots taken up with builders / work vans.

Thought short stay2 car park would be closer to terminal. For the difference in price I would always pick short stay

Why are the long stay car parks nearest to the terminal closed? Why does it take so long to get a shuttle bus?

More road signage would be of great benefit, and could the road markings within the public area around the airport PLEASE be re-painted to mak ethe visible to all of the users...

Every time I use the facility the camera misreads my registration and I have spend several minutes trying to sort it out at the barrier. I prepay not only to save money but also time. These delays counteract any benefit.

Something needs to be done about the temperamental ANPR system at the long stay car park. Sometimes it reads the number plate perfectly and then going through the same barrier again makes a complete hash of the registration meaning a visit to the customer services office - usually in the pouring rain!!!!

I found most of the car parking spaces were closed off, so I had to park in one of the furthest car parking away, which resulted in a long 10 minute walk to the Airport (there was no sign of the bus).

This is only concerning the parking because the airport itself is excellent (apart from the fact there is no free drop off at the door). The long stay parking still has the problem that to get the bus at one of the stops within the parking area at quiet times it must be possible for the customer to use a phone. This is discriminating against disabled people who are deaf. How about a text number for those who cannot use a phone?

Parking area 2 has no signage for pedestrians between the car park and the airport and you have to walk on the road??

The only reason for the score was the state of car park and the work going on, but otherwise it is great to be able to park so close to the airport
